1 /5 Geyser Rodriguez: I was the store this past Wednesday purchasing some items for myself. I had my two year old toddler and my husband with me. The cashier was so rude and spoke to my daughter in an inappropriate tone. As a mom trying to shop, I wish the associates would be more considerate. I will not be going back to his store.

5 /5 Lauren Ferguson: Yesterday was my first experience shopping here and I will definitely be back. The clothes fit well and are really wearable. The staff is awesome! They were all really friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. One of the most pleasant and successful shopping trips in a long time.

I recently came to the US and I immediately wanted to go to Madewell and stock up on jeans, they fit like no other jeans on me. I had many questions and wanted very specific jeans to replace my old ones. I had two wonderful women helping me find exactly what I was looking for and even the style of my FAVORITE old jeans(9” rise tencel denim) that we ordered online. These two employees made my search and experience so easy and enjoyable!
