5 /5 Bénïta C: I visited there twice this week for back to school stuff, the young lady at the register is very friendly and nice. I was able to get what I needed and check out in a timely manner. It was early morning so it was not too crowded.

2 /5 Douglas Liebig: Some decent deals, but the quality and selection of products for men has REALLY gone down since it opened. Now the mens shoe department is just sad. For whatever reason, people like to come here and move one of a pair of shoes they think theyll return to buy later and hide it who knows where in the store. I have to wonder how many single shoes Nordstrom Rack actually sells...

1 /5 K Spen: Nice place with a good selection of items. We went today and there was a long line of people waiting to cash out and 4 employees behind the counter. Only one girl (very friendly and helpful) was taking customers while the other three (1 guy, 2 girls) were just hanging out talking, swearing, and laughing. It was really unprofessional. Those three acted like the customers were bothering them. That type of thing makes me not want to go back.
