5 /5 WAX ON WAX OFF: Love this place. Super clean and everything is very easy to find. Great selection of everything Pants, tshirts, underwear and more. My cashier was amazing and very helpful. Olivia was her name. Thank you for everything.

4 /5 Dr. Cody Regan: Hit or miss. I usually shop ON down in city. That is the friendliest most professional..widest selection. Plattsburgh is Plattsburgh. They are friendly. Go out of their way to assist. Chains have policy..it makes a difference, here. Not a chain...usually abrupt unprofessional dont give a..attitude. Old Navy you get what you pay for..one season wear...and very good service and customer care.

4 /5 Brianne Ford: Easy return, nice staff, store seems to be shrinking because the stock room keeps expanding. Variety of womens clothes is worse than other locations.

4 /5 Jeremy Dukette: Not much different than most other Old Navy stores. Clothes scattered all over the place. But the clothes are good quality and inexpensive,so cant complain too much.
