3 /5 Trisha Singh: Okay so I love old navy but lately I have had two running with wrong label on the clothing. I bight an outfit for my son that had orange label on it saying $10.99, hence the shirt and pant were not labeled separately so I thought that was for the complete outfit. After going through my bill when I got home and matching to the 6 items I bought, I noticed that I was charged twice for a Mickey outfit $12.99 and $10.99. I went to the store only to be told that pants and shirt are sold separately. Then old navy should have also have price tag on the pant for 12.99 and don’t hand them together as a complete outfit. Today I bought 4 jeans for my son at 15 dollars each among other items as I went though my bill one of the jeans was actually 20 dollars. I went back to store explaining to the cashier that the jeans all came form on spot and had $15.00 displayed on all of them. She refused to check or to understand what I was saying so I had to take another color Hema’s that I didn’t want for $15.00. I love Old Navy but I don’t like false advertising so I will not shop in stores from now on. It is a shame because I live so close to the store.
