5 /5 Hudson Valley Reviewer: The Old Navy location in Hudson is a five-star store and continues the great experience I’ve had at other locations like Poughkeepsie and Kingston. Every Old Navy I’ve visited has been consistently excellent, and the Hudson store is no exception.
This location is clean, well organized, and easy to shop. Clothing is neatly arranged by size and style, which makes finding what you need quick and stress free. The selection is solid for men, women, and kids, with plenty of everyday basics, seasonal items, and comfortable styles that actually fit well. Prices are always reasonable, and the frequent sales make it even better.
The staff at the Hudson location is friendly, welcoming, and helpful without being overbearing. Checkout is smooth, lines move quickly, and the overall flow of the store makes shopping enjoyable. It has that same positive, reliable feel as the Poughkeepsie and Kingston locations, which says a lot about how well the brand is run.
It’s nice knowing you can walk into any Old Navy—Hudson, Poughkeepsie, or Kingston—and expect the same quality experience. This location absolutely deserves five stars and is easy to recommend.
