3 /5 Frances Shaw: I went to buy 9-12 pjs for my grandson. They have plenty of pjs (even Halloween!) but totally dismiss his size. They carry 0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 12-18. Even online missing 9-12 month. WHY? The cashier & store clerk would get 5 stars.

3 /5 Mary Beth Fisher: There were 4 people in line with 1 open register. The cashier needed some caffeine to give her a nudge to pick it the pace or even act like she wanted to help expedite the process with us wating for a while. Would have given a better rating if she could have picked up the pace like she cared about our long wait time, or even had any other staff assistance that were running atiund the store. Loved Old Navy and their selection but please take care of customers in a timely fashion.
