A lawyer is supposed to uphold law and, thus, our Constitution by seeing that justice is done through a court of law in accordance with our Constitution. A lawyer does not advocate for the assassination of a Former President no mater what their political leanings are! This criminals practice should be shuttered, his law license revoked, and he should be put before a Military Tribunal in GITMO facing charges of High Treason!

D Fitzpatrick This firm did absolutely nothing. They lied to me. Never returned my calls. One lawyer had the nerve to tell me off because I wanted physical therapy. They set back my case for 9 months doing nothing. I finally hired another lawyer who told me to forget anything this law firm told me. They don’t deserve any star ratings. THIS FIRM WAS PAID A RETAINER TO DIG AND FIND OUT INFORMATION ON A PROPERTY I WAS INTERSETED IN PURCHASING. ALTHOUGH WE DID FIND OUT SOME INFO, THERE WAS NEVER ANY FOLLOW UPS UNLESS I CALLED AND ASKED. NOW AFTER SOME TIME HAS GONE BY TURNS OUT THE BANK WROTE OFF THE PROPERTY AND IT WAS READY TO NEGOTIATE DIRECTLY WITH THE SELLER. FAST FORWARD A YEAR THE SELLER WAS READY AND OPEN TO RECIEVE OFFERS. BRIAN CONTACTED ME AND LET ME KNOW THE SELLER WOULD ENTERTAIN OFFERS. I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME SOME TIME TO PUT TOGETHER AN OFFER. TWO WEEKS LATER TURNS OUT THE SELLER REACHED OUT TO BRIAN AND SAID SHE IS INTERESTED IN MY OFFER SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I AM THE NEIBORING PROERTY. BRIAN CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO MAKE AN OFFER ASAP. SO, I MADE MY OFFER AND COME TO FIND OUT LATER AFTER TALKING TO THE SELLER DIRECTLY THAT MY OFFER WAS NEVER PRESENTED IN ANY FASHION. ex-VERBAL OR WRITTEN (sellers exact words).. I ALSO ASKED IF HE WOULD ADD SOME COLOR TO THE OFFER EXPLANING THAT I AM THE MOST INTERESTED PERSON FOR THIS PROPERTY AND I AM WILLING TO COME UP TO MAKE THE DEAL. THE SELLER WAS REALLY UPSET WITH HIM AS WELL FOR NOT GETTING BACK TO HER. TURNS OUT SOMEONE ELSE GOT THE DEAL FOR BASICALLY WHAT MY OFFER WAS AND NOW ITS COSTING ME ANOTHER 100K TO BUY THIS PROPERTY FROM THE INVESTORS WHO BOUGHT IT. UN REAL!!!! THIS FIRM SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO (BARE MINIMUM LLC) BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE UNLESS YOU COME SWINGING A BIG CHECK, THEY WONT BOTHER TO HELP..... WELL AT LEAST GO THE EXTRA MILE. WORST PART IS I CANT PROVE THAT THE OFFER WASNT MADE OTHER THAN THE SELLER TELLING ME. SO, THIS REVEIW IS THE BEST I CAN DO TO MAKE IT KNOWN HOW DISSAPOINTED I AM. Roberto Sanchez I had several representation from Legal Aid Society, never did I had a negative experience with them. Sometimes we need to check us before we past judgement onto others, cuz every time you point a finger at someone theres 3 coming back to you. today as I was reading the reviews for this Legal Aid Society, and I dont find the negative reviews to be helpful at all. I had a very positive experience when dealing with everyone there. Yes there are a lot of people that need help that go to this place. So maybe the secretaries are abrupt and quick to transfer you to the attorneys voicemail. Christopher Pezzullo, my attorney was very helpful there was a little communication, but it wasnt necessary. He handled my case completely professionally. He talked to me when I needed to hear from him. People have to remember they are not the only one in a long list of others in need of these lawyers assistance. I am sure the staff is overwhelmed and doing the best that they can. Those that cant understand this are just selfish and ignorant. You are not the only person with an issue that needs to be dealt with in court.
