1 /5 Dan Lawrence: I NEVER TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE REVIEWS LET ALONE A "NOT SO GOOD" REVEIW. HOWEVER, I AM SO UPSET I HAD TO COME ON HERE AND LET IT RIP. THIS FIRM WAS PAID A RETAINER TO DIG AND FIND OUT INFORMATION ON A PROPERTY I WAS INTERSETED IN PURCHASING. ALTHOUGH WE DID FIND OUT SOME INFO, THERE WAS NEVER ANY FOLLOW UPS UNLESS I CALLED AND ASKED. NOW AFTER SOME TIME HAS GONE BY TURNS OUT THE BANK WROTE OFF THE PROPERTY AND IT WAS READY TO NEGOTIATE DIRECTLY WITH THE SELLER. FAST FORWARD A YEAR THE SELLER WAS READY AND OPEN TO RECIEVE OFFERS. BRIAN CONTACTED ME AND LET ME KNOW THE SELLER WOULD ENTERTAIN OFFERS. I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME SOME TIME TO PUT TOGETHER AN OFFER. TWO WEEKS LATER TURNS OUT THE SELLER REACHED OUT TO BRIAN AND SAID SHE IS INTERESTED IN MY OFFER SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I AM THE NEIBORING PROERTY. BRIAN CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO MAKE AN OFFER ASAP. SO, I MADE MY OFFER AND COME TO FIND OUT LATER AFTER TALKING TO THE SELLER DIRECTLY THAT MY OFFER WAS NEVER PRESENTED IN ANY FASHION. ex-VERBAL OR WRITTEN (sellers exact words).. I ALSO ASKED IF HE WOULD ADD SOME COLOR TO THE OFFER EXPLANING THAT I AM THE MOST INTERESTED PERSON FOR THIS PROPERTY AND I AM WILLING TO COME UP TO MAKE THE DEAL. THE SELLER WAS REALLY UPSET WITH HIM AS WELL FOR NOT GETTING BACK TO HER. TURNS OUT SOMEONE ELSE GOT THE DEAL FOR BASICALLY WHAT MY OFFER WAS AND NOW ITS COSTING ME ANOTHER 100K TO BUY THIS PROPERTY FROM THE INVESTORS WHO BOUGHT IT. UN REAL!!!! THIS FIRM SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO (BARE MINIMUM LLC) BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE UNLESS YOU COME SWINGING A BIG CHECK, THEY WONT BOTHER TO HELP..... WELL AT LEAST GO THE EXTRA MILE. WORST PART IS I CANT PROVE THAT THE OFFER WASNT MADE OTHER THAN THE SELLER TELLING ME. SO, THIS REVEIW IS THE BEST I CAN DO TO MAKE IT KNOWN HOW DISSAPOINTED I AM.
