Games Donot Went with my teen as a nice girls date. Her nails came out crooked, which was brought to everyones attention before they continued but not fixed, then we were upcharged by $10 without warning for a hand painted accent nail. The only saving grace was the women that did pedicures was pleasant and did a good job.
I was hoping to make this a regular stop for us but that wont be happening.

E Fanaro It was very friendly and opening, loved being here! Great service. The only problem I have is that when she was filing she made my cuticle bleed, it was an accident and she apologized and was very sorry. Im definitely coming here again Id recommend it to anyone.

Emily OHanlon The second I stepped in the shop the people who ran the place were extremely rude. They looked at me, asked me what I wanted, I said I had a 530 apt for a manicure. They didn’t respond, tell me to pick a color, say hello, anything. I sat down and they saw me a half an hour later after my appointment time- at 6 pm. The woman who did my nails did not ask me what I wanted, just proceeded to cut all my nails all the way down to the tip of my finger. This cut off all natural nail I had been trying to grow. I became frustrated as she was not asking me what I wanted or listening to me, so they put me with another person to finish my nails. He was also rude, kept his headphones in the entire time, acting like I was bothering him every time I had a question. When I did have a question, the responses were rude and clipped, or there was no response at all. They didn’t even tell me the hand towels were in the warmer next to the sink (that’s not see through or labeled), it’s as if they expected me to know where everything was in the shop even though I had never been there before.
I WILL NEVER go back to this salon. I would never suggest this salon to any of my friends or family. If I could give less than one star I would. To treat new customers this way, doesn’t seem to be the best way to retain customers. I never write reviews but I was so upset when I left this shop, I’m 7 months pregnant mind you, that I definitely felt I had to share my experience. The nails weren’t bad I will say that, but the customer service ruined the experience for me. If you go here expect to be treated less than.

Paige Lew This nail studio is small, cute and clean. I was able to walk in and get an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. The women who did them was very thorough and did fantastic. This picture is from today which is exactly 4 weeks after my appointment. As you can see I have growth but no chips! Reason behind 4 stars rather than 5 is for the gel selection and the language barrier which was expected but can be hard when establishing exactly what you want. I would absolutely recommend Joseph’s if your looking to get your nails done!
