O IslandMan Great place for all your dentistry needs. Had my teeth cleaned today but have also had a root canal done here. Root canal was front bottom tooth and was painless. Signed up for another cleaning in 6 months. DENTIST AND STAFF ARE ALL PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY :)

shawn james So glad I got a second opinion with Albion Family Dental! They got me in quick, the Dentist explained all details before proceeding with procedure. And by the time I left their office, the novocain had worn off, instead of being numb for several hours. Sue, my hygienist was super sweet, friendly, gentle. She also explained every procedure before continuing her job. Albion Family Dental is highly recommended by me! Check them out, you won’t regret it!

Kay Cerbone This place is awful and horrible. I just got off a phone call where I was on Hold for an hour and 30 minutes. Absolute trash, please. I came here for my daughter and the pediatrician that she had that I love so much left and now I will be searching for a new place after I was literally on hold for almost 2 hours. Trash place 10 of 10 do not recommend. This place is a literal joke.

missy walker Can sit in the office for 2 hours before being seen but turned away due to there 10 minute policy. Changing or trying to refill prescription good luck! only 5 office lady’s that don’t do anything but talk to eachother. Never get a call back for results and always get an eye roll and attitude for appointment cards or a print up of summary if visit gettting told to just go to care net and get it myself. Trying to find out how my xray went shouldn’t take over a week.

Sean D Rumble no longer runs this practice. He retired and transferred it to a new dentist and staff. The new dentist himself is a bit smarmy. Was literally quietly chuckling to himself about my updated exam as if mockingly that I had a few issues. Came back for two filings unfortunately. It was the longest and most brutal Ive ever had. Needless to say - Ive since found better.

Delia Delgado The first appointment my daughter had was fine and smooth. The receptionist at the time was nice and the dentist was easy to work with. My daughter had her second checkup to where I was late. I called ahead of time to let them know that I was going to be late but I was on my way. I was 11 minutes late only 2 cars in the drive way. I go up to the receptionist (young curly haired girl with glasses) and she tells me they allow a “10 minute grace period” and the dentist went on her lunch break. I would’ve been 15 minutes early, I have 4 kids and at the last minute my toddler loses a shoe and I couldn’t find it and just left to go to the appointment. I live 15 minutes from the OOD. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t look me in the eyes at all and kept doing something on the computer. She didn’t care for anything I had to say and I felt very disrespected because she had such an attitude with me and was making things very hard on me. I rescheduled the appointment that day. I receive a letter a couple days later stating that I have been removed from the practice because I missed 2 or more appointments and need to fill out a questionnaire stating why I should be taken back. I only missed one and I physically made it, not on time but I let them know. I wasted time and gas to get there and it’s stressful enough getting 4 kids into and off a vehicle. This is was the second appointment. The first appointment we were there. I will call this Monday and speak to whoever is in charge of sending those letters because this is ridiculous and DISRESPECTFUL. There is already enough people who are not being treated respectfully by the staff and this could hurt OOD’s future in Albion.

Nancy Maines Silsbys staff always makes you feel welcomed. The office itself is very clean and neat. Joni is my hygienist and has been since I started going there. She is very personable and does a great job cleaning my teeth. I had a problem a few months ago on a weekend and Dr.Silsby called me right back. They definitely take care of their patients. If youre looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Silsbys.
