Jaclyn P I got my first set of tape in extensions with Gabriella and love them. Any issues I had she quickly resolved and answered all of my questions to make it all a very easy and fun process! I love how naturally they blend with my hair. I’ve had my hair cut with Gabriella as well and she does exactly as you ask and takes time to make sure you get what you want. It is obvious she cares so much about her work and clients- I’m so happy to have found GC hair co and relieved to finally be done salon hopping :)

Kristin Holsapple When I went to Gabriella for the first time I sat in chair and told her color I was looking for (mind you mine was completely washed out by than) listened and I came out with the most beautiful color ever! Plus cut . Have had 3 other haircuts and colors and she gets it every time! She truly is an artist! And the shop and staff are amazing!

Caroline Higgins I’ve been going to Laurie since I was in elementary school, now I am a young adult and I still only trust Laurie with my hair! She has cut, color and done my keratin to my hair. She’s able to keep my hair looking healthy and she is always up to date with the latest hair styles. Definitely try Laurie, you won’t regret it!

Debra Piccolomo Very friendly salon. All the staff there are warm and friendly. I get highlights and I cant say enough about the end results! As for my haircuts Glenn does an outrageous job. It has been nothing but a pleasure since I found this salon!!!!!

Maryam Altaf awful job- I asked for a blow out all I got was a regular blow dry. Lisa had rushed me to take her next client. Was pulling my hair so much just to finish fast. I payed $40 for a blow dry that I could’ve done free at home. I was given an appointment for 3:15. I got there at 3:11. I also gave her tip since that’s just how I am. Okay my hair was long- but what I asked for, if it couldn’t have been done it should’ve been informed at the beginning.

NAY Z Horrible experience.. I asked for a natural brown because I wanted natural highlights. The entire time there I was quiet, besides the two times I confirmed that I wanted brown not black.. it seemed like she understood but instead dyed my hair the darkest black in there.. thank God my sister was there because at the end when I saw my hair had the darkest black she then went on to say that it is not black as if my eyes were deceiving me, when that did not work because her coworkers admitted it was black she then said she knew I was going to be a problem because she knew my type.. I honestly believe she was trying to insult me based on my skin color. I paid the full price and walked out.. Never again will I walk in to that place. I would rather pay more than have someone do my hair without knowing how. I would not trust that place to do my hair..

Paloma Serone Answer: You clearly don’t check your emails as my first one was sent on 12/7/23, I called dozens of times, not once the phone was picked up. You only “solved my problem” within 24 hours after I reported you for fraud. You might not be a fraud, but sure as hell THE worse place to buy from. Maybe if you replied to your customers as fast as you replied to a bad review your business wouldn’t suck. FRAUD!!! Never got my whole order, they kept the money, never answered the phone or emails. Never buy there!

R Park Its a party venue and salon where your kids can focus on their vanity. Kids that are shy and cannot walk a runway will get intimidated by this place. Kids get their hair done, nails done, makeup done, wear dresses. Great if your girl loves this. A nightmare if she doesnt. Other kids seemed to love it. If its your thing then go for it. They also do hair and makeup for special events.

Erin Perez I’ve been going here for years! Jacki is my all-time favorite hair stylist. I have wavy/curly, frizz-prone hair that can be difficult to manage, but she always knows what to do with it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to cut my hair.

PamelaJ I went here for the first time a few months ago and was greeted very warmly by the receptionist. Donnie was awesome. He sat down with me to discuss my hair and my needs and came up with great ideas. He took his time and was very friendly and funny and my hair came out great! I’ve since gone back a second time and just love the warm friendly atmosphere. They make you feel like family. Would definitely recommend.

A A UPDATE: As of 2022, want burnt hair, and to be berated in front of the whole salon until you cry for $405? Then, read on. HAIR: I had a terrible experience with TONY for hair. I asked for a muted brunette colour, and he processed me red. Unlike other stylist that would correct their very rare mistake, TONY immediately processed a slightly less red colour (still not the colour I wanted whatsoever), and charged me $405, including tip - for doing two SINGLE PROCESSES, which he claimed was never a mistake in the first place. He claimed that it was brown, even as my daughter exclaimed that my hair looked like the My Little Pony hair she was playing with! I went elsewhere for a true colour correction, and the other salon fixed Tonys mistake properly. ATTITUDE: As a customer for powder dip nails with KATE (who is terrific), I am tired of surprise price hikes, and add ons for unfamiliar services, and being berated to the point of tears when I ask "In the future, can you let me know if something costs extra?", which is a reasonable request. TONY seems very comfortable raising his voice, and relentlessly arguing. Going elsewhere. ORIGINAL (2018): Four nail technicians doing powder dipping system Nails, Natural Nails, and other techniques, with a nice selection of brands including SNS, PM, OPI, Essie, and others.

Carol S I booked a gel pedi, gave about 30 minute notice and it wasnt a problem...the pedi was one up from the basic gel pedi with Gabi. She really looked after me today. I was overly impressed. BEST pedicure Ive ever had. The facilities are clean and the massage chairs work. Staff are so kind and all the regulars know the owner by name...Tony. everyone seems to love coming here and I can see why. Paid $35 plus a tip that was so worth it. I lost count of how many leg massages i had and the hot towel wraps were a plus. Parking is great if you come before 2. Cant praise this place enough. Ill be back and thank you!

SamFixit Guy I have very thick, curly, unruly hair. Tony, the owner, has been doing my hair for about 8 years. It takes a special skill and very few have been able to make me look human. Tony, in his Edward Scissor hands sort of way gets it perfect every time. We talk, he snips away and boom, another great haircut. His wife Kate does great on my girlfriends nails. I have no qualms recommending them.

erica campos I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. If it’s for hair color, haircuts, a perm or anything else it’s come out beautifully. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Jamie Mathew This place is wonderful! I went there for the first time earlier today for a haircut and a single process color. The salon is inviting and has a home-y feel to it. Nicole was incredibly friendly and personable. She listened to me when I described what I wanted and also offered me her advice. What I really liked was how she explained what she was doing as she went along. Excellent service both with regard to my hair and how she treated me. I love how my hair turned out! I will definitely be back.

Jennifer Torres I had a ginger color in my hair and I wanted to go back to brown and she applied the dye very poorly. She didn’t section my hair and apply the dye properly. My hair turned out very spotty due to her not apply the dye by sections. I’m not happy with how the dye was applied.

tisha fiorillo The company I work for had temporarily relocated me to Rockland County, New York. During that relocation period I had been looking for a good salon to get my hair cut and colored and was having a tough time as I am very selective on how i like my hair done, in addition to choosing the right salon during COVID. I decided to call my regular hair stylist back home in California and she told me to look up a ‘GOLDWELL’ salon and ask them what protocols they were taken during this pandemic. Out of about 10 or more salons that i called i ended up choosing Rochelle Stephans in New City owned by Christine Viguie I was very impressed with all their safety protocols and her salon was immaculate. The layout at the salon was perfect because I was totally separated from everyone - we were in our own little area. During my appointment Christine continued to tell me she will have ONLY 1-5 stylists tops working at a time and everyone must be separate.She explained that she had to sacrifice volume for health and safety for her staff and clients. Lastly i had to wear a mask, had my temperature taken and I had to fill out a questionnaire at the door.
