Luigi Rodriguez I had an office visit back in September, was told I’d get a follow up in 3-4 weeks. That never happened I called multiple times it’s very hard to get someone to answer the phone. I finally got thru after weeks of calling all to deal with quick possibly the most unprofessional office receptionist in rockland. I was told that my insurance company take 6-8 weeks, then was rudely cut off by Angela and told she wasn’t present the day of my visit so I was given false information. When she’s not present all patient insurance related things are on hold. Extremely unprofessional staff maybe the Doctor is great but surrounded by bad people!!! Stay away

Monique Hall I have a major phobia of dentists, however Dr. Goldstein was great. Hes very patient and has a good demeanor. I looked up their reviews prior to scheduling an appointment and saw they have a 5 star rating. Its a small office with few people but theyre all good and work really well together. Angela works the front desk and shes a sweetheart. Mayra the assistant really helped me with easing my nerves to have my extraction done. She has a good sense of humor as well. I was very pleased with the service I received. I would also rate them 5 stars.

Kim Schwartz-Finkelstein I knew I was on the right track with Dr. Fern as my pediatric dentist when my kids (age 4 and 7) would cheer when I said we had to go back to the dentist. While I knew Dr. Fern was warm and caring with her patients, I had no idea how incredible she really is until I took my seven year old son in for a tooth sealant procedure. He has a history of reflux and an easy gag reflex, but he has always done well at the dentist so I didnt anticipate any problems with getting his molars sealed. However, he had a lot of trouble with the specialized mouth piece required to keep teeth dry during treatment. Dr. Fern was simply amazing with him. She never lost her patience with him, empathized with his issues, and tried multiple tactics to make the experience more comfortable for him. From resizing the mouthpiece numerous times, to scenting her gloves and dental items with edible essential oils, (my son said the smell of her gloves made him nauseous) she worked with him trying different things to make him more comfortable for over 2 hours! She really went above and beyond to try to make it as good of an experience for him as possible. I dont want my children fear medical care, and I was truly impressed with Dr. Ferns treatment of my son. I have never seen this kind of attention and care at any practice, dental or otherwise. It is a rare thing to find a doctor that this willing to take extra time with patients having difficulty with treatment, and to retain their patience throughout the ordeal. I was already a fan of Dr. Fern, but after that visit I am even more profoundly grateful to have found her for my family. Best of all, my son left her office having had a positive experience, and is not scared or reluctant to go back to her office again. What more could a parent ask for?

Liliane Amarante I recently moved and was looking for a dentist for my 3-year-old daughter. Dr. Cytryn was the best! It was easy to schedule a first-visit appointment; her staff is really nice and friendly; the office is amazing with decorations that my daughter loved. Besides that, Dr. Cytryn was very warm and caring ... she sang nursery rhymes while cleaning my daughters teeth and talked to her with a caring manner all the time. My daughter just love her! And me too!

Jacob Thomas This was our first visit to Dr. Fern’s office. Our daughter is only 3 and we scheduled her first check up and cleaning. I did not know how this appointment would go. I could not envision our daughter being very cooperative in allowing someone other than my wife or I brush/clean or examine her teeth. As soon as we arrived in the office Dr. Fern greeted us and engaged our daughter. During the course of the visit she used various approaches in forging a relationship with her. This playful relationship slowly created a trust with Dr. Fern. Our daughter allowed Dr. Fern to clean her teeth and to perform her examination. I was beyond pleased with the outcome of her first dental appointment. Thank you Dr. Fern for letting our daughter have such a positive experience during our visit.

My teenage daughter had a first visit with Dr. Flores of Rockland Pediatric Dental this week. Fabulous! It was an incredibly pleasant, welcoming and warm experience. Everyone, from the receptionist who was attentive and helpful, to the dentist and his assistant, was very patient, informative, friendly and competent. Dr. Flores explained every step of every procedure along with the why. He discussed nutrition and provided advice and tips on better dental health. The overall decor and individual patient treatment rooms are colorful and happy, which added to the flawless visit. Thank you Rockland Pediatric Dental. You Rock!

Dario Powell We all know there are many different dentists to choose from in our area and most of us don’t give this a second thought. We usually go with whoever we find first. I was lucky enough to find Dr Zitofsky when I had a recent dental emergency. I have dental implants in the front upper section of my mouth containing 4 teeth that are bridged together. The implants, done by a different dentist, are about 10 years old and failed. This was extremely concerning. Since these were front teeth and were now missing, you can imagine how I looked. I called Dr. Zitosfky and he told me to visit his office the next day which was a Friday. It’s worth noting that this was his day off and his office was technically closed but he came in to attend to my needs anyway. He immediately saw the seriousness of my situation and proceeded with the up most professional care and compassion I have ever encountered from a dentist. Because the office was closed that day, he was without an assistant. He could have easily said come back Monday but instead, he tended to my needs that very day. He assessed the situation and set me up so that I can function as a normal human being during the weeks of extensive work ahead. Dr Zitofsky’s professionalism and compassion is second to none. I’ve spent a life time struggling with dental problems and I can honestly say that I have finally found a trustworthy and honest dentist for the first time in 40 years. I highly recommend Dr. Zitofsky to anyone one who needs any sort of dental work done.
