Kathy Jacobs My first experience with Aspen Dental was at a different location and it was so bad I called corporate offices to share my experience. I was hesitant to go to a different location because my last visit, but I was very pleasantly surprised and so very happy I tried again. The difference in the two locations were polar opposite. From my first contact with the Rotterdam location on the telephone to each interaction with staff during my visit was very pleasant. I would recommend a visit to this location if you are in need of dental care. I want to thank the wonderful staff at the Rotterdam location for your kindness. It has been noticed!!

CHATTTER DNBC Staff was friendly, respectful, and informed. Not thrilled about the dentist usually buy they made me feel safe. Only had xrays and inspection done so I cant speak for actual work done, but so far its been great!

kay Dinosaur footprints lead you to the receptionist to check in. Waiting area has dinosaurs hanging from the ceiling, on the walls, toys, small arcade game machines and childrens books and magazines. Staff is friendly and great with the kids. My son is young and curious, touching everything and asking a lot of questions. They were very kind to him and treated him well. Plenty of space where the cleanings take place for parents to sit. Always get a new tooth brush, tooth paste, stickers and today a pokemon card too. Always has great kids movies on to help them feel comfortable and relax.

Marissa Shear Everyone was friendly and professional. I had my wisdom teeth taken out. They did an excellent job informing me proper after care. Aspen Dental provided me some supplies to take home for after care. I would highly recommend.

Tom DAnnunzio To start I dislike going to any dentist until today. My insurance changed, I picked a new office, and luckily picked AspenDental at Mohawk Commons in Niskayuna. Best dental move of my life. My first experience was today; I was impressed! Very friendly, well trained staff, and a dentist who listen to my problems and offered sincere advice. This was honestly the first time maybe ever I left a dentist’ office with a smile on my face…this office is Awesome!!!

Denise Markle Front end staff is very efficient. Kate the hygienist is very thorough and puts you at ease by explaining each part of the process. Dr. Nyugen is a top shelf doctor. My teeth couldnt literally be in better hands. The experience was definitely a Five Star Smile!

She’s the heartbeat at Dr. Shah’s office and I’m always so grateful for her! She and everyone there make you feel valued, not like a number.

They are always able to accommodate the time of day needed, and even have later hours (8pm) on sane days. SEN BUL PROPERTIES I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and professionalism at this office. I had a confirmed appointment for today at 2 p.m.—I even received a confirmation message. I took time off work to come my cleaning appointment, only to be told upon arrival that I had no appointment. Despite showing the confirmation text and explaining that I had spoken to someone about the appointment, the staff still denied that it existed. They made me feel like I was making it up rather than taking responsibility for their scheduling mistake. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially for a medical office where patients plan their schedules around appointments. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Emily Lauren I called to ask about an emergency appointment (their website indicates that they take emergencies) and I was told they don’t. I made an appointment for two weeks away and I asked how much it would cost. I was told someone would call me back with the price, but they never did. I ended up canceling as I found a place that would see me a lot sooner. I ended up getting a bill for almost $500! And I’ve never even been there!! I will be calling first thing in the morning but judging by these awful reviews, I can tell it’s going to be a huge headache to fix.

Jammie L Unfortunately this is the only dentist in the area that takes Medicaid so it’s always packed and super busy. Today’s experience was so much better than last time. Staff were all super friendly. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and promised to do her best to get the job done. And that she did. My only issue was checking out. I do understand the office started using a new computer system this week which does not help this already super busy area. They just kept asking who needed to check out and of course some people have no common decency to wait their turn and go in order. So it took super long to check out because of this. They need to dedicate a ‘check out waiting’ side of the waiting room so the staff don’t have to wonder who may be waiting for them. Bottom line today’s visit left me very surprised and happy.

Paige Tearno After going to the same dental office for my entire life (25 years+) I was very reluctant to change. My mother recommended this office, raving about the staff. Nicole is amazing, very personable and helpful with appointments and working with your availability. Gail was very thorough in her cleaning and personable. Dr. T was very sweet, efficient and professional. Quick appointment, very little wait time which is rare in medical offices these days. Overall, 10/10. Going to the dentist is not an enjoyable experience, but the staff at this office can change that thought.

As a senior adult now, for the past 6 years, my experiences at Schwartz dentistry have given me confidence and faith that dentistry, which is a necessary part of overall good health, can be completed in a way that lessens my anxiety. They tend to my every needs and desires when it comes to calming me for the procedures, keeping the procedures pain-free and taking time to make sure that I’m comfortable rather than rushing through to get to the next patient. In the future I will be moving out of town but I feel so strongly about this dental practice that I will drive the hour and a half twice a year to get my cleanings!!. I will not give up this practice no matter where I live!

Nothings Impossible Dr. Bakar is professional, kind and sensitive to how you feel as a patient. Shawna the office manager will answer all your questions and detail treatment cost and plan if needed. Ali the assistant is knowledgeable and friendly. Monique the receptionist always returns my call and has a smile each time I’ve been in the office. The hygienist took time and patience she made me feel at ease. The practice is awesome would recommend!!

Office is very efficiently run. He is thorough, informative, quite skilled, wonderful office hygiene, and precautions. He is very gentle, and for the first time ever my dental cleaning was painless, I could have fallen asleep. And he did the cleaning by himself, one I have never seen before.
