Nubia McFadden Theyre always so friendly and down to earth. Love the fact that theyre first come first serve also seeing that so many nail salons are requiring you to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Theyre also doing lip waxing too which made me REALLY happy bc almost no one is doing lip waxing at this time.

anita johnson Terrible job her nail tech did on my nails on 11-14 -24 they look awful looks like a kid could have done better never again. Maybe Melissa can do a good job but she was watching a soap opera but her nail tech does a awful job this is a pic after I clean up the areas she did not do any of that and she left a huge space where she should have started the hails they look disgusting it was dark so I could not actually see them and when I left I had to get my stuff together for a Funeral , So I got home late looked at them today and wanted to cry

The ambiance is calming, and everything is clean and well-organized. Elisha is incredibly skilled and attentive. My eyelash extensions are flawless — they look natural, and the process was so relaxing. As for my nails, the precision and creativity in the design were amazing! Elisha took the time to make sure I was happy with every detail. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism that went into the entire experience. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Phenomenally ME Beauty to anyone looking for high-quality beauty services.

Amber Hovis Elisha is always down with my crazy ideas. She does a phenomenal job and her attention to detail is insane. I’ve never left with a bad set and she actually cares about the structure and health of your nails, which is rare! We always have good conversations. It’s just an over all vibe and good experience. She remembers me and conversations we’ve had weeks prior. I can go on and on, the point is if you’re not getting services from her, you’re messing up!

Ashley Diaz A retreat worth speaking about! It was my first time at A&C and from start to finish I felt like an official princess getting pampered. Susan did an amazing facial and I made sure to utilize the extra amenities (rainfall shower with body jets, dry sauna) post service and I left feeling so rejuvenated! Their private sanctuary is like out of a magazine and really allowed me to unwind in amazing comfort and ambiance. I would recommend to anyone!

Ashley Robson I celebrated with Ape & Canary on my birthday. My facial with Susan was AMAZING! My skin was glowing when I left. It’s so cozy and relaxing in the waiting area. You have the choice of changing into a robe and slippers while you wait. I got there early and read my book :). Best birthday gift ever!!

Nancy Heeder Beautiful inviting atmosphere!! My stylist, Allie did an incredible job with my long hair! She has a wonderful personality and is very skilled!! I couldnt be happier!!!! I look forward to making an appointment with her the next visit to Rochester.

Elizabeth Resendiz I made an appt. for 2 and called back and added one more of my friends. She said yes, come on in. We arrived and they asked us to choose the color. Then they put us all in a massage chairs and had our feet soaking. So far so good. They then tended to my two friends and kept telling me five more minutes someone would be helping me. One hour later, a gentleman came in, and he then took care of my feet, I’m still waiting for my manicure. My girlfriends were done and waiting on me for 30 minutes. I understand they wanted the business, but if you cannot accommodate your clients in a timely manner, then you are doing nobody a favor! They did a great job on my nails which I was preparing for a cruise. I even added art on my big toes which turned out very nice! tried gel for the first time and was very happy with the results. Which is why I still gave them 4 stars!

Terrell & Kim M. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAIL TECHNICIAN!!! Maribel is the BEST hands down, anywhere!!! If you are or were BLESSED enough to have her do your nails you know exactly what Im talking about... She is so Professional, Sweet, Humble, & her work is TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!! She really LOVES her clients & she treats you like family!!!

Cecie Valleri Just got my first ever manicure and it was a great experience! I was definitely scared of the cuticle cutter but he was really precise. He did the nails so smoothly they look like press ons. Really pretty!!

Lishan Walker I have been going to Bolsa for roughly 2-3 months now. Sophia has completed revived my nails and hands (I’m a nail biter) and I just got the best pedicure from Michelle. Love the atmosphere and kind service.

Maressa Marcanio This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to!! Service is outstanding and the quality of work is unmatchable. These girls are so talented!! Kristin did my set for me and its perfect! She was a please to work with and gave me just what I wanted. Very happy and will be booking again!

Macey Robinson I was nervous to get my lashes done because I was worried about an allergic reaction and bad outcome, but let me tell you this place is the best place to get your lashes done in the roc, I love Arianna and they’re work! Alwags a sanitary and welcoming environment. I won’t go anywhere else❤️

Ferda Tan Sabrina is a wonderful nail stylist! I came to her as a new client with a complex design and she did such good with it! She was receptive to my ideas and thoughts as well and I really appreciate it.

Brittany Francisco I booked my first appointment with Aleeza. I got a French manicure and a pedicure. She did a wonderful job and this is by far the best mani/pedi Ive ever had. Aleeza took her time understanding exactly how I wanted my nails. The salon was beautiful, clean, and fresh. The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend and cant wait to return in the future!

Jillian Bert I wandered into Aleezas one day when out for a walk and I couldnt be happier to have done so. The clients in her salon at the time raved about her so i trusted them and made an appointment, and im SO glad i did. She did an amazing job with my highlights, she made me feel comfortable, taught me a few things about my hair, and was so easy to talk to. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

Rebecca Burns Aleeza is amazing! I ran here in between other things for my birthday to get my hair done. I ran out of time to do the actual curling but she was so nice and I loved talking to her. Ill definitely be back to actually get my hair fully done (she did wash and dry it which was what was important to me!! And I was the one who ran out of time, not her!)

Billie Carroll Star rating: zero - 0. Service asked : Pedicure and manicure. Total changed amount: $80.00 Summary: I sat in cold water for 30 minutes while I waited for a nail technician to be available. Once, one was available I picked a basic pedicure $35.00. No skin was removed from my feet, no hot towel, no massage. Originally I asked for a gel pedicure but when the nail technician was removing the nail polish she tore layers of my toe. Resulting in them being to Tinder to put gel on top of them. I went to regular nail polish and they use a piece of paper to dry my feet. They have foot dryers but refused to offer them so you only gel services. After my pedicure is done I noticed there is still dead skin on my feet, clumpy nail polish on my feet. I told the owner he said my feet are free. Also as for my nails I had a full set on them . they refused to let me take off my nails naturally(soak). They ran a nail drill over my fingernails resulting in them being extremely tender and me not being able to put a fake nail on them. Then I was forced into acrylic overlay on my nails. While I was receiving the services for my nails I was asked to pay for all of the services prior to completion. I spoke to the owner Tim about my pedicure not being completed such as: dead skin still on my feet, clumpy nail polish, salt still on my legs due to the fact that the technician refused to use hot rags during my service which that is included. Upon check out the owner Tim stated I didn’t have to pay for my pedicure. But I would have to pay for my nails. Upon checking out he charged me for my feet and nails=90.00 then took off $10 on the service and thought that that was acceptable. This is how they handle business I spoke with the owner. He refused to refund me. Run while you have the strength. Oh and the nails were awful too. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Beck Manicure and pedicure done 10 days ago. Gel nails were forced on me after I got normal polish on my toes(that are now chipped off). Gel polish was far from the uncut cuticle on the first day, today it looks like I got them done two weeks ago. Dont go here, they force gel polish and do a shabby job trying to get you to come back sooner. My cousin says the same for her extensions she got. No cuticle trim and the polish was far on the nail. First technician also was burning my feet at the pedicure bath. Someone else finally turned the cold water on.

dana meierer Yesterday was my first visit here and I can’t wait to go back. I was able to call and make an appointment that same day. The nail tech took his time doing my nails and the length was perfect. I like them short and other places can never get it right. I was beyond impressed with my visit and will be going back !!

Jamie Coleman Not even sure where to start. The lady doing my pedicure was extremely rough, fast and inefficient. Appointment was set for 6:00 pm for a pedicure and French tips and was called in to come early for an unknown reason. Started my pedicure at 545 and ended at 625 after being burned by the electric file and being rushed through the entire process. My feet were in pain, uneven & my heels were pretty much the same roughness as when I walked in. Absolute waste of money and time, which apparently my lady didn’t have much of. Immediately after my pedicure, she put on her purse and disappeared into the back room for 15-20 minutes without even putting me under the lights for my toes to dry. I ended up being cashed out by another worker. Unbelievable experience, can’t believe that this place has such high reviews. If she didn’t paint my toes well, I would give it a 0.

Khadija Gazali Worse service I’ve received! Would not recommend coming to this salon! They don’t ask you want you want and once u show them they do the opposite. They literally painted my toes a whole different color to what I’ve asked for and my nails a whole different style that I’ve asked for. Very disappointed!! Noticed when I got home that they even forgot to do my Pinky toe! When I came back they charged me an extra $20 to fix my toes and made me wait 4 hours to fix my thick and wide nails that they did! Don’t even get no pedicures or anything here either, when you get the pedi you have to ask them to put lotion on you cuz they will not!

Ashaee Trishaa “ChattingWithT.” I went to get my nails on a Saturday. Saturday night, I opened my drawer and the nail on my pinky finger broke and my nail polish was chipped. I went to get it fixed on Sunday . By Wednesday my nails started chipping again and then two more broke by Wednesday. I am highly disappointed in my nail service. I love my eyebrows though. My pedicure wasn’t too bad, just rushed….

Janine G Today I visited Plum for gel manicure. I ran with an idea I had of a French manicure with sparkles and the outcome was absolutely perfect! One thing that impressed me was how Doris handled a nail that tends to grow a bit sideways. Most technicians just ignore it, but not Doris. Without me even mentioning it, she noticed and took the time to fix it, ensuring it looked straight. Not only that, but she suggested the white outline on the pink sparkly French and I think it made a huge difference. I cant recommend Doris highly enough; she really takes her time and pays attention to every detail. Thank you, Doris, for delivering fabulous results!

jaelyn paid $80 for acrylic nails $50 for pedicure. they didnt put any acrylic on. my nails could literally bend. asked for french tip nails all white toes. they gave me french tips toes that were horrible. lines were not done all the way down. the lines were drawn on so mess for both the toes and nails. dont recommend and will not be back.

Darklighter601 Im really happy I decided to go there. My first experience with their service was excellent. I appreciate that they didnt try to pressure me into buying extras I didnt need. The staff were helpful and attentive without being pushy. It made the whole experience much more pleasant. Ill definitely be returning for future service. Its refreshing to find a place that focuses on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Jessica Chamberlin Worst pedicure experience of my life. No music playing , space heaters everywhere, staff was not friendly. My feet were only in the water to rinse off, no soaking at all, the man was rough and rude, I was told I couldnt use the massage feature of the chair which is half the reason I even wanted a pedicure, I selected the deluxe pedicure which was $45. When I went to pay I was informed it was an additional $25 because I wanted a French Pedicure. $70 for the worst pedicure of my life. I left feeling more tense than I was when I walked in hoping to relax. Never again!

Stacey Klimek Absolutely gorgeous work!!! She is the best nail tech in Rochester and thats no lie. We have been around hunting for someone who was talented. Today we hit the jackpot. I texted her this morning, she got back right away and we were there by noon. I highly recommend getting your nails done by Pooh. She is so warm and welcoming. We found our forever nail expert. Thank you Pooh ...again they are breathtaking ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Chelsea Wurstner First of all this place is absolutely beautiful inside. I needed a last minute fill since my usual place didn’t have openings. The lady who did my nails was so nice. I had high hopes. I simply wanted matte black nails with a couple spider webs for Halloween. OMG my nails look like terrible!! Chipped, the matte looks like crap, and it’s not even. Took 1.5 HOURS! My nails should be flawless smh. The girl who did the design(different girl) actually did really well but WOW. If they could match their skills with how that place looks it would be much better. 100% wouldn’t go back and it’s a shame because it’s so close to me.

Zaria Rice This was my 3rd time going here and I’m truly disappointed. My nails never make it to the full 2nd week without lifting and it’s a shame because I had high hopes. I guess I’ll just go back to my other nail salon that has good products and quality.

Jessica Bright I had a great experience here!! I believe Hana (apologies if I’m wrong!) did my nails this morning, she helped me get exactly what I wanted and gave me great recommendations! She also made sure I was satisfied with everything as she went. 10/10 they came out beautifully!! Also, it is a cash only place, they do have an ATM machine but I would make sure to bring cash prior to avoid the service charge! Awesome experience :)

shylisa cattling I went to antuans for a manicure. The customer service was great but the mail job was horrible. I paid $45 and had to come back because my right hand nails had begin to crack in two days. The redid my right hand but that lasted for three days and the left hand followed. Everything was good but the paint job. I will not recommend them for nail service.
