BuuBuu McDevitt Really great experience. I really liked them. Unfortunately during this covid outbreak they changed what insurances they take and didnt even inform me. Just took me off the schedule/canceled my appt that was scheduled in January set for April and while I knew that I would be unable to go to that appt (because of covid 19) they didnt even try to contact me regarding future appointments.

John Garrand Dr. Prondecki and his staff, (Dentists and Techs) are all top notch. They actually care about your comfort and I do not feel "Judged" because my teeth were in bad shape. They have been very patient with my tardiness and changed appointments. My disbility does not allow me to always get out when im scheduled. Couldnt ask for a better staff or Dentist! Highly recommend to others in need.

brandi clark This place is extremely unprofessional and I’d recommend that you hire a new receptionist. Dealing with her is a nightmare, and I truly believe she has no idea on what she’s doing. Also, she did tell me that she closes down the office an hr before closing time to get her “end of the day stuff done.”…..huh?

Melissa S I cannot say enough great things about this office! I am one of the many people that absolutely dread the dentist. Being new to the area and dealing with some pretty awful dental experiences with some of the other local dentist offices around, this place was my saving grace. They cared about my comfort level. When my transportation was delayed, they worked with me rather than cancelling. They followed up after. The office itself was beautiful! Looking out at Lake Champlain while being somewhere you do not want to be was a refreshing change. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Dr Davis explains everything, listens to concerns and gives different options for treatment. Lynette Volk Best dentist in Plattsburgh. He is no-nonsense guy; I like his dry humor. He is an artist when it comes to fixing cracked or chipped teeth and he is excellent at crowns. I moved 2 hrs away and I still drive the 2 hrs to get my teeth cleaned 2xs a year. Great office

D L Dr. Kline is a genius, an absolute miracle worker. I went to aspen dental initially, spent over $5,000+ dollars to have dentures done, the worst fitting, unnatural set I have ever had or seen in my life. They tried to "fix" it three times and only made them worse!! I had to fight for a refund, that they state they offer if you are not satisfied, and I most definitely wasnt! Then I went to Implant dental, WOW what a difference like night and day. The staff are courteous & kind. Dr. Kline accomplished what no other had, you could not tell that I had dentures, they fit perfectly, they were like they werent even there, light, not out of line even by a millimeter. A true miracle worker! Thank you Implant Dental, you are amazing! Very affordable for what you are getting. Worth every penny!

Laurie Roussell Mitchell Love love love! On two different occasions my top denture lost a tooth. On two different occasions the palate wore through. Then one night my plate fell out and my dog chewed it into several places. These wonderful people on each occasion were able to quickly repair my denture. You cant even tell its been repaired. These people are quick,reasonable priced, and very friendly. I would highly recommend!

Mitchell Williams Selma started work on my teeth. Now they have some other dentist. Things were fine until I had deep cleaning. After wards my gums hurt for 2 weeks and now, the tooth Selma worked on, is loose and of course, I dont have insurance cause I make to much money for Medicaid but dont make enough to pay absorbent insurance prices for coverage. So now I have to pay out of pocket to get tooth pulled. Not happy at all with this dentistry

Kevin Poupore Implanting Mentors has it all together...great Dr’s and a brand new grand facility...a great place for novice Dr’s to learn how to do implants...they will even come to your office to hold your hand at the beginning as well as help you organize your systems...very well organized and reasonably priced...an overall great experience!...do yourself a favor and attend!!!
