Alexandra Smith Kristie did the wedding makeup for me and my bridal party and she was absolutely wonderful! My makeup was stunning, one of my friends who is amazing at makeup told me it was the best bridal makeup shes ever seen. The makeup lasted all night too! Not only did my makeup by Kristie turn out great, but she was so awesome to work with! Very organized and a blast to chat with. 10/10 would recommend Kristie for your wedding!

Rebecca Bosley Kristie was amazing - I couldn’t imagine having anyone else do my wedding day makeup. She has the most perfect studio in Carmel where I did my makeup trial with her - she was organized, listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Kristie not only did my wedding day makeup, but my rehearsal dinner makeup as well - both were exactly what I wanted - and the week of my wedding, I also did a dermaplane facial with her which was so relaxing and the perfect way to go into my wedding weekend. Because of the facial, my makeup went on perfectly. And - it stayed on all night!! Kristie gave me the wedding makeup of my dreams and I can’t recommend her enough. She is reliable, kind, and incredibly talented… she is truly the best!!

Whitney Thayer Kristie was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding!! She is fun and funny while still professional, and put me right at ease the moment I first met her for my trial. And of course, she absolutely rocked it and made me feel so beautiful for my wedding day, but also very much still myself. I am not a makeup girly in the slightest (like, at all), and so was really worried about it feeling like Too Much. But in both my trial and on the big day, she made me feel so comfortable and absolutely nailed the balance of an elevated, beautiful look that would work for photos etc, but still felt very much like me. Thank you so very much Kristie! Youre the best!!

Sandi Saupe This is my 4th visit to Chic Nail and Spa Salon located next door to Shop Rite on Rt 52 in Carmel, NY. In the past at other salons in Carmel and other states Ive used have never provided me with a good experience having my nails done but this salon is an exception. Not only have my nails been done to perfection each time the gel has held up for more than 2 weeks which has not been the norm at other salons. The staff is extremely nice, very helpful and do a great job. The salon is spotless. I highly recommend this place and will keep coming back. A bonus: being next to Shop Rite means I can do my shopping after getting my nails done without having to make two stops!

Kayla Medina First visit here and very impressed! Mona did a great job with my UV gel. The set was done in a reasonable amount of time but didn’t feel rushed—she took her time to make sure the length/shapes were the same on each nail. The salon was very clean and bright on the inside. Will definitely be back!

judith tota Mary has potential as a stylist but she doesn’t listen to her customers! After discussing my wishes with her several times, she went ahead and cut my hair super-short, doing the opposite of what I wanted. My hair now looks like a disaster! It’s going to take several months to get it looking decent again. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m reminded of my terrible experience at Nowhair!

Gretta I called on Valentines day at 1:30 (super last minute) looking for a same day appt for a blowout. This was the eighth salon I had called as no one else had availability and I was starting to lose hope in getting an appt. Eva happened to have an opening at 6:00. She was so nice and gave me a beautiful blowout. I am so happy I found blue remedy and will definitely be coming back in the future!

debby moore I have been going to Danielle for 20 years and am delighted her dream of having her own salon finally came true. An appointment there is a mini vacation. There is lots of camaraderie, laughter, pampering and relaxation. Danielle is a coloring expert and her cuts are always exactly what I want. I wish there were more stars to give DC Hair Salon.

Brittany M Today was my first time going here. Brought my daughters for their first hair cut. I can not say enough about the ladies working here. From the minute we walked in my daughters felt so comfortable. Taylor explained the whole washing process so my girls knew what was happening. Sophia cut their hair and they loved her and the cut! Everyone there even the customers were so welcoming and friendly. It was a breath of fresh air, and a hidden gem in Brewster . Time To Be Candle Company I love Shear Lounge , Ive been going there the last few years and every experience has been positive. The energy in the space is so relaxed and welcoming. Laura Collins I used to go to coco nails but stopped because the prices went up so much. I tried 52 ten nails because it was close to where I live and I love it. I have now been there five times and every time my experience has been wonderful. The owner and the nail techs are so kind and they do a great job. I have found my new forever nail place. !!

Ace Nice staff, very clean, great color options. A little expensive. Pedicure polished one visit wasn’t the best. Too bad I get home from work most days so late otherwise I would continue going to this location. Bonus card when you go a certain amount of times you get money off a service. Gift certificates available, men know this because they were lining up to pick up Mother’s Day gifts lol.
