Tenzin khaying: Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I went in for highlights and was assured by the stylist that she knew exactly how to do them. Instead, she bleached almost 60% of my hair using extremely harsh chemicals that caused a burning sensation on my scalp. It was incredibly painful and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she was so impatient with the process, rushing through it and not doing it properly. The end result? My hair was completely ruined—dry, brittle, and far from what I had asked for. I had been to this salon for haircuts a few times before, and the stylist always seemed confident in her skills, but clearly, highlighting is not her expertise. I trusted her, and now my hair is in terrible condition. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for professional hair coloring services. Extremely disappointed.

I really felt so comfortable with them touching my hair. They told me exactly what they were gonna do with my hair before even touching my hair. It’s the first time in a long time that I felt like coming back and doing my hair again . Highly recommended if you wanna feel comfortable and pretty.

EDIT: The place is still all of the above minus the fact that the service done was a bit messy. When I got home there was tint and glue on my eye lids and only lasted about 1 week. I have had this service done many times at different locations and it has never lasted me under 3 weeks. So a bit disappointed in that.
