The date that I wanted wasnt available, so I decided to go on the waitlist. Less than an hour later, I had an appointment, the next day, at 8am. Yaaaaaay!!!! Alize was the stylist, and she was very warm and welcoming, when I entered the salon suite. She asked me a few questions about how I care for my natural hair, etc. She began to examine the current state of my hair, then began the Silk Press service. Alize was very gentle, and gave me exactly what I wanted. She provided some hair care tips on how to maintain my style in between visits. I even received her hair oil product, and some styling accessories. The suite was very clean and organized. The service was absolutely AMAZING!!! I love the intimacy of the salon suite. You have a one-on-one session with your stylist, without any distractions. I was in and out and made sure to book with her again!

I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Maddy was so kind and helpful. I told her what I wanted and also shared some of my experiences getting hair cuts and what I did and didnt like about them. She listened to me, gave me options and shared her ideas which I liked a lot. I am in love with the results. It was overall a 10/10 experience! Definitely schedule an appointment if you are thinking about it.

Bianca Mault: Kylie is legit the best. She’s talented in what she does and is always open to learn! I competed in a body building competition in March and I asked Kylie to do my glam. Without much knowledge of the body building world, I told her what needed to be done and what I wanted in regards to my spray tan, lashes, make up, hair, and she nailed it! Also she got up at 5AM and came to the salon to make sure competition day was ran smooth and perfect for me! No one compares for sure! ❤️

New Beginnings truly lives up to its name! I cant be too mad because Ive gotten a lot of laughs from it, but it would have been nice to get the haircut I asked for.

Kate Brown: I have been coming here for years and never had a problem until yesterday. I got an entire botched cut and experience and I’m so embarrassed to leave the house with this hair. It looks like I got a kids super cuts cut and I just want to cry. It’s so short that my only option to “fix” is a pixie cut but that’s not an option. The layers are terribly uneven and the bangs were just chopped in a whole section way too big that also couldn’t be fixed. The boss did come over and “fix” them but by that point I knew there was no fixing what she did and I just wanted to leave before I busted into tears in the middle of the salon. I will post pictures to show what I ended up with. Unfortunately I don’t trust to go back to this salon now and have to find elsewhere to go especially to get this mess fixed. I got this cut because we have a very public event tomorrow to show up to and now I’m so embarrassed of this hair I don’t think I can even show my face.
