They consistently demonstrate a thorough understanding of my concerns and provide accurate diagnoses. After experiencing inadequate care at the local ER, I visited the office twice this week and was impressed by the staff and nurse practitioners commitment to my safety, comfort, and well-being, ensuring I received the proper treatment before departing. I am extremely grateful for the availability of this walk-in clinic in our community.

Diane Roberts Staff are very very very nice. I made an appt and had to wait 2 months to get a filling replaced. Got there and it was more than a year since my last visit so I had to have an exam and new xrays, fine, no problem. But then I found out the filling could not be done that day and I would have to wait until FALL to get appt to get it filled. Great 6 months of hoping my tooth does not crack in two and cost me an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Also was quoted $3000 to have my teeth cleaned and I needed to do this first. Are you freaking kidding me!!! I drove over an hour to get there for nothing. I have been an Aspen patient for over 8 years when I lived in Florida, they never pulled this on me. I obviously need to find somewhere else to get dental care. Sorry Aspen you have lost my husbands and my business.

After 2 years of struggling with no teeth, post dental extraction, and dentures that were made wrong/ don’t fit, they were a breath of fresh air!! The process of becoming a patient and getting an appointment was quick and easy!! Only 2-3 weeks wait period which is FAST for a dental appointment in the area!! And the visit was wonderful as well!! All the receptionists, dentists and dental aids were kind, good listeners, helpful, and told me a lot of things that the other dentist hadn’t about teeth removal, dentures and implants!! They quoted me for a new pair of dentures, and quoted me for implants just incase, and pricing was reasonable!! Definitely in budget and manageable!! Also, was approved for a financial plan, which I don’t get approved for those things often even tho I have good credit!! So that was just an extra bonus that made the experience a lot more enjoyable!! Highly recommend, and straight up encourage going to this aspen dental for any denture or dental work!!

Dan Ashline-Beaudet Its an old strip mall with a few shops and a couple restaurants. I only go there if I have to visit a business there. The shops available vary from businesses that have been there decades and others that open and close in a matter of weeks/months. Right now Spirit Halloween is open in one of the empty grocery stores that went out of business. Thats why we went. Itll be gone by mid November. Jade Buffett is very good. Play It Again Sports is there.

Eric Bliven An old, archaic, run-down shopping plaza in need of a complete rebuild. A majority of it isnt even occupied. A relic of the past. The parking lot will ruin your suspension, and possibly flatten your tires with its plethora of pot holes and craters. It looks like it hasnt been paved since the early years of the Reagan Administration.

Every team member I interacted with, from the Care Coordinator to the Dental tech to the asst tech in training, went out of their way to ensure I understood what they were doing and was comfortable with the process. Kathy G Sharing this review on behalf of my mother who has stage 6 Alzheimer’s. Given the importance of dental health especially where this disease is involved, requires regular visits. She goes 4x a year and they are very patient and understanding of her reasoning limitations. Cleaning requires direction but with her, she also requires constant redirection, cuing and a lot of patience on behalf of the hygienist and staff. My mom actually looks forward to her dentist appts, so that says everything considering her advanced state. Great staff, great practice!!

She took her time, was thorough, did not make a mess or cause me any pain. She was super friendly and didnt talk too much, which I appreciate. Ellen Comins I started becoming anxious at the dentist I went to previously and decided to try Gentle Touch. They were able to help my daughter who used to be very anxious to go to the dentist and no longer is, so I decided to make an appointment. This was a good decision, I had Rhylee as my hygienist as she was very kind and I had the best/pain free cleaning I have had in a long time. She alleviated my fears and it went well. I also saw Dr. Roberts who is also very kind and she explained everything to me and carefully went over my x-rays with me. She eased my fears as well and I am not feeling nervous to go in for my next appointment. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. If you are anxious or nervous about going to the dentist this is the place to go!

The entire staff is super accomodating, very friendly and understanding and thoughtful people. Dr. McSweeney has gone out of his way to make sure that my kids teeth are absolutely perfect and even made himself available during an emergency when he was on vacation. He ran right to the office with his muck boots still on! He treats his patients like family and is incredibly kind as is his entire staff. We are forever grateful for the care and kindness we have received from them.

Judith Quint Great dental care. Although, I had a cold last cleaning. I was in pain from my tmj. It was the worst. The hygienist has a personal issue with me, and was very unprofessional. Maybe stepping aside and reschedule would have been better. I have never been ignored so uncomfortable at a dental appointment. They didnt even disclose who they were until the end of my visit.

Vanessa Black Second time getting my teeth cleaned here. First time she was very rough but did a good job. Second time she was running late. Seems like she rushed through the cleaning and was done in no time. The water system was moldy tasting and I had to rinse with a cup of water. I took a photo of the inside of my mouth and couldn’t believe how much plaque she left behind. Looking for a new hygienist.

The dental assistant was so kind and knowledgeable and explained everything. Dr. Hoang has pulled a couple of my teeth now, and let me just say, its the best experience Ive had with having extractions. I barely felt a thing, including the shots to numb me. Hes so gentle when pulling the tooth and so quick... I couldnt even believe it was done already. The healing process is so much easier I believe because of how gentle and good he is at it. I barely even bled! I highly recommend this office. Even being busy, they still take their time making sure each patient is comfortable and well taken care of! They all are amazing!!

He runs a great practice with very professional, helpful and friendly hygienists and administrators. I have been a patient for many years, and he did an excellent jobs with two implants when I cracked my teeth. I highly highly recommend this practice. Its a holistic care that will keep your teeth in great shape. And appointments and billing are efficiently handled.

Adele Douglas Dr Ray and his team are caring and professional. The procedure to implant my new post went smoothly, the only brief pain was the injection of the numbing agent, cant get any better than that! Dr Ray was very good at communicating and very precise in his work.

Patricia Laberge Hathaway Before I found Dr Ray, I had been through 4 other oral surgeons in Vermont over a period of 12+ years, with the last two experiences culminating in bone infections. These unbelievably painful infections were followed by months of intravenous antibiotics. As a result of these bone infections, I also lost 2 additional teeth and a dental bridge during attempts to stop the infections from spreading. The implants and bone grafts didn’t even last a week. Dr Ray and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dr Ray went above and beyond for me by first finding a place where I could be tested to determine if I was still allergic to penicillin. As it turned out, I’m not. Then he researched and clearly explained my options for filling the gaps in my mouth. When it was time to try an implant for one of the teeth I’d lost from my second bone infection, he actually handmade something before the surgery that he could use to precisely guide the insertion of the implant in a place that he had predetermined would have the best odds for a positive outcome. My previous oral surgeons had arrogantly thought they could eyeball where to put the implants during my implant procedures, and I don’t doubt that for most individuals this works for them. However, my jawline is weird and not normal, and in the case of the last oral surgeon I had before Dr. Ray, I’d already had a previous bone infection originating in the same part of my mouth. This oral surgeon decided while I was in the chair that he was going to do the implant immediately after he did the bone graft. Even after I questioned him about doing both at the same time and reminded him that I’d had a bone infection 3 years earlier in the same part of my mouth, I was ignored. About 5 days later, I had another bone infection and lost another tooth. You never forget the pain from a bone infection, so I was proactive in contacting the infectious disease doctor who had worked with my previous oral surgeon during my first bone infection. This decreased the time for me getting started on the intravenous antibiotics and getting some relief, but the ultimate result was that I had no implant, no bone graft, a lost bridge, and two fewer teeth than I’d had at the start of this ordeal. Dr, Brad Ray is not arrogant, and he listens to his patients. Both Dr. Ray and his staff sincerely care about the wellbeing of patients and their individual needs. The most surprising experience I had with both of the implants I had completed by Dr Ray was that post surgery I experienced literally NO pain even though some initial pain is expected with any implant. I attribute this to all of the extensive preparations and skillful procedures that Dr.Ray utilized for both of the implants and the bone grafts I had completed by him. I sincerely wish I had found Dr Ray 12 years ago. It would have saved me from a lot of intense pain, stress, time, and money. Dr. Ray is well worth the 2-hour drive from my home in Northern Vermont, and I highly recommend him for anyone who ever needs an oral surgeon. He and his entire office team are skilled, kind, and amazing!

The office is modern, clean, and calming — you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable environment for their patients. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My dental Assistant Morgan was very efficient and friendly while taking my x-rays. Dr. Ragab performed a great cleaning and was very informative about what she was doing. If you need a dentist this is the place to go!

Alyssa Parmeter My family and I had loved this office when we first went so much so that I got my mother in law and sister in law to join them as well. I just had to reschedule my appointment and my daughters and was told theyre already booking for 2025?? how is that even possible. Now I need to find another dentist and your office just lost several patients. Now I see why so many bad reviews of this place. Dont waste your time or money and find someplace more reliable.

Mandy Cassavaw Had a cleaning on a Tuesday, told the DR I had an infection in my tooth and she said I can’t see it in the x-ray so I can’t give you any antibiotics. 3 days later I ended up in the ER with a giant swollen face from the tooth infection I told her about. I will never go back to a DR that won’t listen to her patients. Complete negligence on her part.

Line MacDonald Our whole family having been going to him for years now. He seems to know his stuff and have no problem to recommend you out if there is something he cant do. He does Rooth canals, Crowns , fillings and cleaning. I do wish he did more of the flossing between teeth when we go for the cleaning but it is something we do on our own anyway. I like both him and his staff always very friendly ,helpful respectful when it comes to treatment and payment. Couldnt ask for a better dentist.
