5 /5 Judith Quint: Great dental care. Although, I had a cold last cleaning. I was in pain from my tmj. It was the worst. The hygienist has a personal issue with me, and was very unprofessional. Maybe stepping aside and reschedule would have been better. I have never been ignored so uncomfortable at a dental appointment. They didnt even disclose who they were until the end of my visit.

Do all you can to retain Dr Hanna. The other office staff and dental assistants are professional as well. thanks for the great and speedy service.

2 /5 Christina: Doctor did not express my filling would be close to my nerve. He made it seemed it was a smaller filling. Now having cold pain and paid $700 for my visit and will now need a root canal. I would of appreciated more vocalization, and placing a liner to avoid cold sensitivity

1 /5 Bills Unlimited: The Receptionist was so unbelievably rude to my mother just now. Totally uncalled for, calling to tell us (after the appointment was agreed upon for over a month) 2 days before our appointment that you don’t take our insurance, and start giving us attitude like it’s OUR FAULT, I hope you hold this woman accountable or at least have her take some classes on how to talk to people because now ill do everything in my power to get any and every customer away from you people.

Diane Roberts: Staff are very very very nice. I made an appt and had to wait 2 months to get a filling replaced. Got there and it was more than a year since my last visit so I had to have an exam and new xrays, fine, no problem. But then I found out the filling could not be done that day and I would have to wait until FALL to get appt to get it filled. Great 6 months of hoping my tooth does not crack in two and cost me an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Also was quoted $3000 to have my teeth cleaned and I needed to do this first. Are you freaking kidding me!!! I drove over an hour to get there for nothing. I have been an Aspen patient for over 8 years when I lived in Florida, they never pulled this on me. I obviously need to find somewhere else to get dental care. Sorry Aspen you have lost my husbands and my business.
