Dell Alex (Sinc3riT) Love love love going to get my hair done at Renewal. Shannon is a wonderful stylist, and gives me a way better haircut than Ive ever gotten. I colored my hair for the first time with her as well, and it came out looking amazing. I used to just get a haircut because it got too long, but now I get it cut to keep it looking awesome!

Lexi has done my hair for quite some time now and I reached out to her in a pinch to get my daughters hair done and she went above and beyond styling and adding tinsel to her hair. My daughter loves her hair and asked me after if Lexi could always do her hair! My son also needed a haircut but has been traumatized for quite some time now. Carli was INCREDIBLE with him. She was willing to meet him wherever he was at! She even went to the store and got lollipops to make him feel comfortable with her! At the end of his haircut he said, he loved his haircut! So so thankful for Lexi and Carli and would recommend this salon over and over again!

I asked the community, who was the best person to go to to help her learn how to handle her curls and give us the best cut for textured hair. So many people recommended Shantelle, and she was so great with her. Taught me a few things to help my daughter take care of her hair, and she was so happy with it. Will definitely return!

Emily Devor I got married on 9/23/23 and Gabi was wonderful to work with. She traveled to Watkins Glen to do on site hair at the airbnb we rented. At the trial, I showed her some inspiration photos and she asked follow-up questions to clarify exactly what I was looking for. She sent a message asking how I felt and how my hair held up after having it done all day. The day of my wedding, all I had to do was sit down in the chair and she nailed it! My hair lasted all day even with putting the veil in and taking it out as well as it being a humid/rainy day. My bridesmaids and my mother were also all thrilled with their results!

She takes everyone under her wing and sees they are taken care of. She is easy to talk to. She is honest and upfront. I am a nurse, however if I were a beautician, I would certainly want to work in her shop! I have never been disappointed with anything she has done with my hair. I sit in the chair and give her free rein. Not many places you can go and have that kind of trust!

William Freeman Visit my home town regularly and often stop in for the best haircut you can get anywhere. Rick and Craig are masters of the trade, conversation is always upbeat and interesting. True old school gentlemen. 2nd and 3rd generations. Truly skilled and probably have been cutting hair for two times or more the age of the nasty guy with the fade problem.

Richard Little gem of a barbershop in downtown Elmira! Went here and both Rick and Craig were super polite! Haircut was $14, which is super affordable in the area, and Craig did a phenomenal job and was extremely professional! Would highly recommend them if given the chance!
