Michelle Rodriguez I was super excited to go to this place since it opened close to where i live. Im a person who likes to support small businesses, who are trying to build their clientele. When i finally got the chance to go, get a pedicure done, the lady who was there was rude. She told me she had no time to do a pedicure, if i wanted to get it done to go back the next day. She had no other clients to attend, it was just me. I will no longer go back to this place or even give it another try. First impressions and customer service are a big factor to me, and this place doesn’t have those factors.

Joselyn Soledad They do not attend customers nor greet them. I had to wait up to 15 min for them to even say anything to me & my family. The service of the nails weren’t even good for the price and time I spent there. Overall there are better places to spend your money in a welcoming nail salon.

Lyn Granda So everything went good at first but then she used this machine on my cuticles which hurt really bad, and it made me bleed a bit. She was rushing the process on doing my acrylic nails. Well, she technically didn’t even put acrylic on it. She wanted me to just get the plastic nails glued on and just paint over it and her suggesting it so much. I finally agreed with her and my nails didn’t even last a week it lasted 3 to 4 days she was also stopping on doing my nails to show her coworkers pictures on her phone and she kept on stopping to talk to other people during my process and I wanted to add a couple designs on my nails, but it seemed like she didn’t want to do it because she kept on saying that it’s too much on my nails.

Kiersten Corwin My aunt went there and got a regular manicure. She didn’t want gel and the employees were rude to her, said they really didn’t have time for her and then told her to wait. She finally got her nails done and they didn’t even last day. The polish ruined her nails really bad. It was a brand she never heard of before.
