Jay Silverman I would recommend this office headed up by Dr Shayani to anyone who needs multiple specialist in one location. I have multiple doctor needs that need to be addressed and I am always taken within my appointment time slot and the doctor and all the staff are courteous and friendly. I can’t say enough of the practice and their efficient staff even when you don’t have an appointment they will do everything to accommodate your needs and schedule.

Martin Silverstein Everyone at the office was professional. No waiting time. Absolutely wonderful service. no complaints. I would recommend Dr. Friedman and staff at Carle Place to everyone.

Amy Eisenberg The most disappointing Doctor my family has ever gone to. The communication is awful. I left a ton of messages and the doctor hasn’t called back. My daughter was sent for a test to figure out why she is constantly nauseous but the CT scan she had to drink a thick milky like substance and she was too nauseous to get it down. I called and got the PA and asked. She said she would speak to the doctor and call back. Weeks ago and we still haven’t heard back. Called the office again and asked to speak specifically to the doctor and expressed how my other calls weren’t answered and that I am very upset by the lack of communication. She said she would pass this along to the doctor and still no call back. Went to Dr Preehta for help and answers as my daughter has been nauseous for 4 years and no one can figure out why. What a complete waste of our time and money and so beyond disappointed in this doctor. Just awful the lack of care and communication.

White Smith I’m very disappointed by this doctor. She is not attentive and overbooks each time I visit her. It’s very hard to speak to her directly, she never gives her patients time, and their whole office is always disorganized. My gut health issue still remains and the only thing she pushes for is endoscopy or procedures that she makes money on. I would save your time and find a better gastro

Bernard F. I came here because I was referred by my medical doctor for an eye infection. The place was situated 3 blocks from the Mineola bus terminal so getting here was a breeze. The office was cleaned and air conditioned . I was seen by Dr. William Bozeman MD that gave me a thorough examination and an explanation of my needs. I was prescribed 2 medications and given a prompt follow up appointment for next week. Dr. Bozeman and the staff were professional and attentive to my needs. I look forward to coming here next week.

Jennifer Guevara So sad to say that this medical office is not professional at all. Patient care is not on their top priority. You have an appt and are seen three hours later. Than doctor walks in to be with you for five minutes and than leaves you with scriber supposedly telling you all the instructions but doesnt do her job as well. If doctor prescribes new medicine and you are to start it good luck trying to get them to call it into pharmacy on time. And if its in a Friday its worse. The email that doctor provides doesnt work because we emailed it and no answer back. Was not able to tell doctor of the problem that happened in last appointment until you physically see her in the next appointment. A lot needs to be changed in this office.

C PAGS I cant tell you how great the staff at this hospital was when my 6 year old son had to have a procedure done. He usually does not make the best patient and HATES needles. Nurse Steiner and Nurse Kinch went above and beyond making him feel as comfortable and calm as possible in recovery, that he didnt shed one tear...even after finding the IV in his hand when he woke up from surgery. They were so wonderful, attentive and professional. Truly the best. Everybody in that unit were so friendly. I am so happy with my my experience, and thankful for all the doctors and nurses who assisted that day.

Cindy Kski Kickbacks is all I have to say Awful all about money and not patient care. They are in network but took blood in office and sent to out of network labs without my knowledge or concern and when I questioned them they said we are contracted with them. This included my genetic testing which my last pregnancy a previous provider sent to lab in network and was covered 100 because of my age but here. They just put me in medical debt without my knowledge or consent resulting in over $15,000 in charges who can afford that, I had great credit before this. Really disgusting doctors especially Paul Hussler who when questioned about forcing unnecessary out of network test, threatens harm to a 37 week high risk disabled pregnant patient … do yourself a favor don’t go ti this office unless you want to be overcharged. A year later I am still dealing with billing issues that any other office would’ve resolved!! This has not only caused a financial hardship but sever emotional distress!!

I’ve been coming here for several years, and all throughout my pregnancy, and haven’t had an experience where I felt the office staff weren’t helpful or friendly. I also love my doctor, Dr. Nodelman, but would easily see any of the other doctors at this practice (and did throughout my pregnancy). I would highly recommend!

Polo Vice Best Breast Surgeon Doctor with the Hands of God in her. Truly, She made a miracle of my existence until now. She really care and treat her patients meticulously with empathy and professionalism as well. Very positive and never let you feel any doubts and fear whatsoever. I’m happy and glad she is my Doctor. Creek Johnson Probably the most skilled physician I see, however his support staff is terrible. Ive been a 911/wtc patient of Dr ganjian for at least 5 years. He is an extremely skilled provider. After my last visit the wtc rx company rejected the rx (3), for very easily corrected reasons, or so I thought. After leaving 3 messages during normal working hours (no, there is no one to speak to) and not getting a call back... I GOT THE MESSAGE ( that I now need a new dr)

M. Ray Arvand, Esq. Went to five specialists before I saw Dr. Ganjian. He did what five specialists failed to do. Unbelievable work. Procedure was as he said it would be and has and amazing response time with patient inquiries. Staff is super friendly and just all around pleasant. If you ever need an ENT with the knowledge, knowhow, great patient relationship building skills, full stop go see Dr. Ganjian. Thanks, Doctor!

Paul Monaco Dr. Masani is one of the most pleasant and caring doctors I have met. I have been to many in my close to 73 years. He is thorough ,listens and is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at his job .When you have to visit a Nephrologist it is not some ordinary doctor visit. Roza Balk He may be a good dr but the front desk staff is absolutely disgusting. They messed up on the scheduling 3x! The patient confirmed appointment and when he got there he was told it’s for the following year. They wouldn’t listen or apologize for their mistake in scheduling. Absolutely incompetent staff. For that reason I DO NOT recommend this dr. I hope they all see this review to learn how to treat patients better.

Maria Steiner A wonderful helpful staff. Dr. Khalife is one of the elite doctors you don’t get to meet often, loved him from the first handshake. My daughter had to have her gallbladder removed he explained everything. I highly recommend Dr. Khalife.

They called me with all my test results the minute they received them and sent my medication into the pharmacy promptly. Although I hope I don’t sick and have to return; they’d be my first choice of urgent cares moving forward.

annamaria queen There was only one person before me and the wait was very long. We asked for a COVID and strep test and the assistant barely swabbed us. I don’t even know if he got a sample of anything. Don’t even think he touched my throat at all. They didn’t have a blood pressure cup that fit my son and since it was so tight, it turned his arm extremely red. It was painful for him. At one time, I really liked that urgent care, but it would be a last retort in the future. My last couple of experiences there were not good.

Giscard Dupiton Dr. Flores made me very uncomfortable. She was extremely condescending, and at one point during the visit, she began addressing me as "kid." I found this deeply offensive and regret not addressing it at the time. However, I chose not to engage in any confrontation, as I was seeking medical attention for a cardiac emergency. Additionally, Dr. Flores seemed more focused on chastising me for not going to an emergency room than on conducting her examination.

Maria Peng It was such a long wait here even though I’ve completely the online check-in for my appointment. I waited for 50min and the doctor is no where to be found! what’s the point of making an appointment ahead of time?!

Stephanie Santoro I went to see Dr. Isseroff with a problem I was having with swallowing. She diagnosed the problem and explained the procedure I would need would require a different type of surgeon. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. But what I found most astounding was even after I was no longer her patient, she continued to contact me and monitor my progress. Even the surgeon I chose, who wound up messing up the procedure, didn?t call to follow up the next day. If you want an ENT doctor that truly cares, and knows what she is doing, see Dr. Isseroff.

Michelle Ferro Dr Isseroff was great. She took her time, sat with me and gave me her total attention. She showed compassion and concern. After my assessment she sat with me again and explained everything in detail regarding my results and treatment and made sure I understood. Her office staff was patient and it was extremely busy! When I called to book they did not rush me and gave me an appointment the very next day bc I was in distress over my condition. Overall this office was a win for me...and I work in healthcare! The office could use some sprucing up but the staff and the treatment you receive make up for it.

Am cs Today my son received excellent and thorough care from Kathleen and Mia. I am incredibly grateful his needs were addressed in a calm and kind environment and we were saved a visit to the ER. This location also was able to offer the IV fluids and antibiotics he needed as well as a X-ray. I’m sure we will be back here in the future. Thank you.

Lorie Bitetti Took my teenage daughter there this evening. She never complains of being sick. She is coughing, headache, sneezing with a sore throat. Before the female PA even examined her, she was talking about allergies, as she said, even though nothing is blooming. My daughter said, I don’t have allergies, I am sick. Only when I spoke up did the PA say she will swab her for strep, flu & Covid. Now we have to wait 24 hours before we get the flu & Covid results. Which is totally ridiculous! She was prescribed Tamaflu even with no results. We couldn’t wait to get out of there between the lack of service & attitudes. Making an appointment in the morning with our doctor but my daughter will go through hours of being uncomfortable & possibly getting sicker. Terrible experience. Will never go there again.

Kaitlin S What a terrible hospital. The doctors in the ER are unfriendly and they are just trying to get you out of there no matter if the issue you went in for is not resolved. Additionally, the costs are outrageous even with insurance. The doctors that work under this hospital are crooks - charged me $700 just for one of the doctors for a 5 minute visit. The total cost for about 30 minutes in the ER after insurance was $4k. ($2k paid by insurance and $2.3k paid out of pocket). Go to another hospital thats not trying to completely wipe out your bank account from a 30 minute visit. How this is legal baffles me. This hopsital does not care for your well being, only to kick you out even though theyve done nothing to help you, so that youre forced to go back again later in the day so they can hit you with another bill. Shame on them.

Lane Solomon I was blown away by the level of attention and care given to me for a routine diagnostic test. From the moment I walked in the door to checking in for my diagnostic procedure in the radiology department I felt Immediately at ease and extremely pleased that I had chosen this facility. The doctor was in incredibly warm and caring. I have never experienced this kind of care and concern from a hospital employee ever this was unbelievable. He actually called my doctor while I was a patient to express his concern for my health. From start to finish , I cannot tell you how amazing this hospital is! I wish they were closer to me, lol but everyone should go and experience this phenomenal hospital

Each pair of staff & care teams were welcoming, respectful , reassuring, & tentatively engaged with my son . They made us comfortable & offered us everything we would need ; they always made sure to ask if we needed anything else we might not have . The room was very clean , food was offered breakfast lunch & dinner for our stay being that my son was admitted to stay for 3 days . Thank you so much NYU
