Develyne P Erin, the owner is super nice and welcoming. I had an appointment with Sara, and at first some difficulties arose due to the unfamiliarity with my short lashes, but she was super quick to arrange another appointment just so I would feel happy with my end results. She was very nice, and cared about each clients’ experiences and lashes. My lashes came out great. She understood what I wanted and succeeded in the end. I already have my weekly fill appointment set up, I will definitely go back! The service was fast, the people were professional, yet caring, and the place was beautiful and clean! As a college student, I’ve been looking for a good lash spa in Oswego, and other places don’t compare with prices and services. Try Sonabella before anywhere else, you won’t be disappointed!

Julia Aumick Extremely rude! Horrible job on nails and 3 days later they are all breaking! They were very rough and made me bleed!

Joyce Kelsey They do wonderful pedicures. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and do an excellent job. It can be crazy busy there on weekends so I try to go during the week. If you want to go on Friday or Saturday I would suggest making an appointment.

shannan Bennett Nothing like walking in signing in and waiting 30 minutes to even be noticed or to acknowledge me. When they do finally notice me I get told they don’t have time and to come back later or make appointment. Definitely won’t be coming back again, they were rude and wasted my time.

Bianca Hendrick They are newly renovated as of January 2024, and it looks amazing! Tina and her crew have done an excellent job taking over. Tina strives to make sure every customer leaves happy and is more than willing to fix any mistakes people may have.

Mackenzie Booser I got these brown chrome nails last week I’ve been back already once for them to fix chips and peeling of the polish then I asked if I could just do a color change because clearly the polish was too thick it’s peeling off and they said it would be another $30 after I already paid $60. It’s been 1 week I’m not impressed their nails definitely don’t last.

Morgan Krul i messed up when booking my appointment and basically went in as a walk-in, but even though they were incredibly busy Tina still made sure to get me right in! She also worked on my nails as I was getting a pedicure, which I greatly appreciate. even if they were just trying to get me out of there quick for customers with an appointment, the service was great and all of the workers are incredibly kind and make sure you leave with what you want!

Maria Teh Awesomes :3 Walk-in, lady wasnt fazed when I said I wanted three different polishes for my manicure. Very quick but not rushed at all, just efficient. Hand massage at the end felt great. Will definitely be back!

Veronica i asked for almond fresh tips and idk what shape this is and it was very rushed and lady was rude and gave nasty looks, i hated my nails. i will not come back

Daisy Ladd Went to get a pedicure and full set, wanted the pink and white ombré for both they told me I could only get French tip on my toes so I said okay then they tried to tell me I could only get French tip on my fingers and that was it so I said never mind I’ll just get my toes done then. I then left unsatisfied they didn’t do anything right about the pedicure at all and then charged me $82! When I went to say something about the price not being right they immediately jumped down my throat and said it was for color and this and that and I didn’t even get color! They were mad I didn’t want them to do my nails as well and overcharged me and left me with a terrible pedicure. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.

Michelle G I have been going here for over a year, and I can honestly say that Carryn is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! She genuinely loves the art of doing nails. My nails always look perfect, she’s super polite and professional, and her salon is always super clean!

Tina Int-Hout By far the best nail salon in town! Carryn truly cares about her clients and you can tell she loves what she does. She is very warm and personable and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. I LOVE my nails and wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Jess Peutl Carryn is AMAZING! My nails always look amazing when she is done with them! I highly recommend her! I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!
