I talked to the lawyer herself only 3 times in a span of at least 3 years, everything else is handed off to the receptionist who is overloaded with work. I was always rushed and they were careless. I was given somebody else’s MEDICAL RECORDS. I have pictures to prove this. Advice was sloppy and I felt like only a number. Unless you’ve already put in the work yourself, don’t bother to waste your time (years) here.
