1 /5 Olivia Morello: Took my grandma to see if they could repair a watch band for her. The man behind the counter took one look at the band, said it was broken and couldn’t be fixed unless she called the manufacturer even though she brought an extra link that could have been switched out. The man behind the counter couldn’t/wouldnt read the inscription that said “stainless steel” and implied it said made in China or was just some dirt. Took the watch to another jeweler who replaced the pin and fixed the band in under 10mins. Super rude experience and would never recommend, seems like the other commenters also agree.

1 /5 Nick K: Bought a watch there and it broke within the first day of having it. I can get better quality from a dollar store. Brought it back the next day and the guy was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional about it..(plus, he stank of very old deli meats) Tbh, i wouldve been more satisfied overall by just tossing my $26 into mf toilet instead. Literally ANYWHERE ELSE would be a better wristwatch/jewlery shopping experience!

1 /5 Ron Moschella: Had a regular clasp changed to a safety claw clasp it was a very small 14 karat gold clasp, he charged me $55 and when I got home I realized he did not return my old clasp that he removed . I went back the next day to have my daughter’s necklace fixed who is missing a clasp ironically and I said to the owner that he never returned the old clasp when he replaced with the new one. He said well I must’ve thrown it out. Sorry, clearly he kept it. Clearly he overcharged for the clasp and kept the old 14 k regular clasp I just never understood how this place is still in business all these years I’ll never go back that’s for sure, and I intend to tell my friends to not use this place either. Clearly the owner realizes his biz is failing and price gouges and steals from the remaining ones .

5 /5 Colin Thompson: He managed to fit a battery that another jeweler said couldnt be done. Even though the other jeweler had fitted a battery before. This guy said, "Be done in 15 minutes. And it was no questions asked.

Marsha-lee Levy: I’ve never felt so disappointed shopping at Lovisa. I’ve always loved their jewelry and have been a loyal customer because of how unique their pieces are. But today, I had a truly upsetting experience. I walked into the store looking for earrings to match an outfit for my birthday. There was a “3 for $18” sale, so I took my time browsing. During this time, no one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help. I noticed that when other customers walked in after me, they were greeted warmly and even offered assistance right away. Meanwhile, I had already been there for several minutes without any acknowledgment. I couldn’t help but wonder: was I invisible? Or was I treated this way because I’m Black? I genuinely don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it’s hard not to feel like I was being ignored based on how different my experience was from the others around me. Even when I walked out, no one said anything. No “thanks for stopping by,” no “have a good day.” Nothing while other customers got this approach I did not and I was in the store for over 10 minutes and felt completely disregarded. I walked in intending to make a purchase but left feeling hurt, unseen, and questioning whether I was racially profiled. This was not the customer service I expected or deserved. I hope Lovisa reflects on this, because no one should feel the way I did today.
