I felt comfortable from the second I stepped foot in the store. I needed a ring resized, and he was able to do so in a short amount of time for a very reasonable price. Danny Romhen Was driving past and saw the gorgeous Rolex sign on Richmond! Decided to stop in and take a peak at the extensive inventory of beautiful watches! We were greeted at the door and walked about by the doorman who made us feel extremely welcome. Got a chance to grab a couple delicious coffees and then Samantha took us through the gorgeous Rolex models they had on display. She was extremely helpful and accommodating and I hope to do business with her at Gerald Peters soon enough!! Would highly recommend stopping in for luxury watches at any price range.

Nadine Ive known Joe and Ina for many years, from when they were in Forest Ave, flea market! They both will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They truly have a unique shop, lots of vintage jewelry, I think thats what drew me to them in the first place, nothing is same ole same ole. I was so happy to see theyre still in business on New Dorp Lane, since Ive been off the island for over 8 years. I travelled to them from upstate NY to get my granddaughter a piece of jewelery for her 18th birthday and graduation. As soon as I walked in Ina remembered me, we had some nice conversation and a pleasant shopping experience! Pristine Cleaning My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!

I worked with them for a custom design wedding band to compliment a family engagement ring, as well as for a second option ring to pair with the band in a lower setting. The process was easy and clear and they really took time with me to understand what I was hoping for with each ring. I cannot recommend them enough for any jeweler needs. arubio47 I got my son’s ears pierced for his birthday. Esa was so great that I actually went back after we left and got another piercing for myself! She took her time with placement of the earrings and was just really sweet and comforting. The staff was great! Highly recommend!

At Samantha’s not only are they the kindest people, they are also incredibly knowledgable about all their jewelry. To learn about the history of the stone was amazing! The work, impeccable. The prices are so reasonable. Something similar would have easily cost double or far more somewhere else. I honestly could not say enough about how wonderful the experience is there. We came back to purchase the wedding rings and my brother and his wife are so so happy. I have since bought a beautiful necklace. We are all lifetime customers now. You should be too. Trust me.
