1 /5 Michelle L: Rude, unprofessional and not returning. Should have listened to other comments. People are worried about AI or computers taking their jobs and this a classic example of why that will happen. Instead of authentically providing customer service, we are getting passive aggressive and micro aggressions directed at us (customers). How the staff think that’s acceptable behavior is beyond me.
Their inside ATM was “broken”, the lady said they had a power glitch. They were not making an effort to fix and there wasn’t a sign before entering the branch.
I was told to see the teller, who was very rude. She couldn’t help me and told me to “get into my car and drive up to the ATM.” As if I didn’t know what a drive through ATM is. However, I didn’t drive there. Talking to me as if I’m a child is unacceptable. Her name is Eileen.
They directed lots of people to go outside to do banking. There were long lines of cars waiting. I was told to wait in line behind a car and stand there. What on earth??!!! As all the staff sit inside not doing anything.
They wonder how they’re losing customers. That’s why - bad service and lack of customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.
