2 /5 Stacy Stein: I am very unsatisfied customer. I had this account for little over a month and I signed up for an over draft account a customer telephone rep tells me, I do not have one. I go directly to location I opened my account and they tell me I do although I will be charged a fee everytime it is used (then it is not an overdraft protection). I rarely ever draft my accounts, because of the fees I can not manage my balances. I will be taking my direct deposit back to my old bank where I had been for many years. I never had issues with old bank just wanted a second credit union closer to me.
