5 /5 Shauna Torres: Justin Brotherton is incredible. If i could give him more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I hired Justin in April 2021 after his custody case was relinquished from Pennsylvania to New York. Our case was complex, messy, and very stressful. We had just moved to the area and really didnt know anyone before my step son was taken off his school playground by his mother despite an order of protection. He fought for my husband, guided us in the right direction and after a 5 year custody battle (5 day custody trial) Justin helped my husband get Sole custody. We are forever grateful he took on our case and will recommend him to anyone needing a family law attorney.

1 /5 Matt Gump: An attorney who negotiates in bad faith and has no interest in mind except that of himself. If you want to screw your partner he is the attorney for you. Edit: Mr. Brotherton provided a settlement proposal 1 week after the judge told him to, showed up to court late, and stated 19 days wasnt enough time for him to answer an 11 item reply with minor details. If I acted that way Id be in hot water, yet he is allowed to be that unprofessional. Edit: 54 days have gone by between the offer where he asked for the house, and the counter where I agreed to give the house, and he asks the judge for a continuance because he wants an appraisal. An appraisal for a piece of property his client is receiving. Best lawyer if you want your divorce to take forever, absolutely forever.
