1 /5 Elizabeth harris: I was very happy in the beginning with good customer service and price. This year when I received my insurance bill, it had went up by $135 with no explanation. I looked around and found insurance $200 cheaper, so obtained it. I received a threatening email from the agency and immediately called to cancel and the person I spoke with told me I couldnt cancel. Actually it is my right to cancel and I have sent the notification via mail.
