Cory is one of the nicest and knowledgeable persons I know and even 3D prints your ring idea and gives a thorough explanation for his clients to understand the diamond searching process. I recommend all of my friends, colleagues, and family to Casale and anyone who is thinking about using Casale absolutely should! They are the nest!

We were greeted at the door and walked about by the doorman who made us feel extremely welcome. Got a chance to grab a couple delicious coffees and then Samantha took us through the gorgeous Rolex models they had on display. infinite writer: My experience was decent the first two times Ive purchased from them, the first not so pleased because The earings I purchased for my wife the lock kept breaking, so they told me to buy a better pair, my last and final purchase was a complete Nightmare, I purchased a gold chain for 1000.00 but little did I know it would start coming apart as soon as I put a piece on it, it couldnt withstand the weight of a tiny cross pendant, he was very misleading, it is a beautiful chain but not worth 1000.00 dollars of my hard earned money, Ive never seen a chain like this before so I gave it a shot on his recommendation, and now Im stuck with a chain that if I try to get a return is only worth 200.00 never again will I purchase from them I shouldve stuck with YANI over at victory fine jewelers.

Nadine: Ive known Joe and Ina for many years, from when they were in Forest Ave, flea market! They both will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They truly have a unique shop, lots of vintage jewelry, I think thats what drew me to them in the first place, nothing is same ole same ole. I was so happy to see theyre still in business on New Dorp Lane, since Ive been off the island for over 8 years. I travelled to them from upstate NY to get my granddaughter a piece of jewelery for her 18th birthday and graduation. As soon as I walked in Ina remembered me, we had some nice conversation and a pleasant shopping experience! Customer service is always excellent, a lot of time my experience in the island with local businesses isn’t good, so this was breath of fresh air. Every time I step into this place the respect they showed me is commendable. Now let’s talk about what I ended up getting. As a Muslim a groom cant wear gold or silver wedding rings, so I had to find a stainless steel one for the groom . They also did custom engraving & it looked beautiful.
