2 /5 Kory Waldron: I’ve been coming to crunch for 10 years, have always enjoyed the atmosphere and experience of Crunch. However that’s starting to change, back in April I paid for my membership in full. Since then crunch has been charging me recurring monthly fees 1. Incorrectly as I paid in full. 2. Without my permission as I never agreed to any automatic withdrawals as again, I paid in full. A month ago when I became aware of this, I came in and made the staff aware of the issue. They didn’t apologize simply blamed a staff member who no longer works there. They let me know they’d submit a ticket and get back to me. Well, it’s been a month and no one has gotten back to me and today I have yet again another pending monthly charge. The woman today said she would take my card off file, not sure why this wasn’t done already and that she’d let the manager know. Super disappointing. Not sure I can trust this establishment any longer with how it’s currently being run.
Update: I was given an update today that steps were being taken to get everything properly squared away and my money refunded.
