Mongillo Jewelers Inc. - Salamanca Jordan Reiller: Ordered a plaque for a friend whose father passed away, placed the order back in January. Exchanged emails back and forth and was very excited to get the product and present it to that person. They asked when I wanted it by. I was coming home for a little R&R beginning of February. I explained that would be the perfect time, if not I would just have someone else pick it up while we were away. Never received an email or a call for my product. I emailed them March 26th and explained how dissatisfied I was with the fact that I’ve not received my product ,have not heard anything back, nothing. Still to this day don’t understand why Someone hasn’t contacted me. I was told that they “were sorry for the inconvenience, they got the wrong blah blah blah blah and had to reorder, blah blah blah” it’s been 5 months since my original order. I was sent plaque photos with identification numbers and I sent them pictures and quotes. Was never asked for a down payment or anything. Just said they’d work the payment out when it was done.
