1 /5 Victoria Ward: Within a couple months a few stones from my engagement ring fell out, upon getting the warranty and stones replaced after an hour hassle getting a diamond bond number, we got a phone call saying they sent out the ring Again because when it was returned some stones were still loose. The two women that helped us were newer but friendlier than the man who had red hair. He was insistent on having a conversation with me from across the store and was pretty rude on top of that, I thought about getting my own credit card through Zales but hes put off my experience and short of coming to get my ring cleaned I wont be returning.

1 /5 Justin Bennett: Terrible service have had nothing but issue I need to get the ring resized for my fiance they completed got rid of the engraving so have to send it back after awhile to get it re engraved then a few months went by the ring snapped at the middle of the band causing the diamonds to also come lose has to to take it back again to them to make sure the engraving was on there when we get it back took over a month for them to repair it and get it back when we got it back the engraving was so rough it feels like sand paper on the inside said something they said well we could send it back and get it back I have made one purchase from here and that is all I will ever make from them

Jordan Reiller: Ordered a plaque for a friend whose father passed away, placed the order back in January. Exchanged emails back and forth and was very excited to get the product and present it to that person. They asked when I wanted it by. I was coming home for a little R&R beginning of February. I explained that would be the perfect time, if not I would just have someone else pick it up while we were away. Never received an email or a call for my product. I emailed them March 26th and explained how dissatisfied I was with the fact that I’ve not received my product ,have not heard anything back, nothing. Still to this day don’t understand why Someone hasn’t contacted me. I was told that they “were sorry for the inconvenience, they got the wrong blah blah blah blah and had to reorder, blah blah blah” it’s been 5 months since my original order. I was sent plaque photos with identification numbers and I sent them pictures and quotes. Was never asked for a down payment or anything. Just said they’d work the payment out when it was done.
