H&R Block - Monticello Alexander Albacete: I don’t recommend anybody doing there taxes at this location... I went there on Thursday around 12at noon I waited for almost 2 hours just to be told I can’t file my taxes there because for one of my prior job I had only had my last paycheck stub... I was told it’s IRS policy that you can only have w-2 when fileing... I’m not sure how true that is, and I’m not even madd at that but to sit in a tax office for 2 hours just to be told sorry can do nothing for you..... let’s get a little better with the customers service.... this is how you lose business I’ll just keep going where I’ve been going
