Erin Weidman: Called 1/2/24 due to fraud charges on account, branch manager Heidi was to order me a new card and was to receive it in 7-10 days. 10 days later still no card, called 1800 number and well Heidi never ordered my card, card was to be mailed overnight, low and behold no card received the next day, called back was told it was coming fed ex and needed to be signed for which no one even mentioned that to begin with. I was told that FedEx would leave a card saying that they tried to deliver something and that if I wanted I could leave a note and have FedEx leave my debit card on my porch since there would be nobody there to sign for it, well three days later FedEx hasnt even attempted to deliver a card I was not provided with no tracking number so I cant even track to see where its at or call FedEx. Called the 1-800 number back and nobody can tell me anything 19 days later still no debit card and cant pay my bills and no one has any answers.
