    Brian Morsdorf: Did like this bank at first. People were very helpful. Problem is online banking doesnt work great. I keep getting locked out and today I tried to ask why this keeps happening and they gave me an attitude like it was my fault. Again tried to explain what is happening and they hung up on me. Also a while back I had a check book stolen and they told me they couldnt do anything about it. I asked if I could close out the account and re open one and told me it would be hard to do that since my wifes name is on it also. Luckily I dont think it was stolen and nobody used it.

    KENIA BAEZ-PETERSON: Ive been banking with Generations for almost 20 yrs. Always professional and happy to help especially Denise. If anyone deserves a praise and raise its her. With my multi accounts and my misunderstandings shes had to deal with...this lady is a rock star!!! Even My grandmother, who doesnt like anyone, will wait for Denise to help her bc of her excellent customer service.

    Caitlyn Primiano: Went in to get added to my husband’s account in April after having closed our previous joint account at Key Bank because it had been messed up for years and it had been locked because I had used the account out of town and couldn’t be unlocked. Gave all my ID to get added. Checked on the status about a month later and was told it hadn’t been done. Got a call 10 days ago from this branch that it would be completed the next day and then they would have a card sent overnight. Went today because I figured the card would be sent there since they were supposed to waive the overnight fee to find that the card was actually only sent out today and was not sent overnight so expect to wait 7-10 additional business days. We have had nothing but problems with Key Bank and are planning to close the account and go elsewhere. If you want a bank that knows what they’re doing, and doesn’t just hold your money hostage, this is not the bank for you.
