1 /5 shawn dibello: Very disappointed in the way I was treated by the teller on the phone. I called about my account, when I tried to explain to the teller what happened I was cut off twice by her saying, “ I don’t care”. When I asked one other question I was told, “ Just keep an eye on your account”. I hung up and called the Grant Ave branch was treated a thousand times better and they even apologized for what the other teller said to me. I’ll most likely be closing all my accounts soon and going to a different bank. And yes I do know the ride tellers name and did provide it to the second branch.
