P C 07/18/2025 Ive purchased things in the store and had jewelry repaired many times in the past. Today was the worst experience I have ever encountered! I came in to have a piece of jewelry repaired. The man was so rude ,he stayed in the back told me I had to wait 3 minutes so that he could finish eating , and insisted I wait and refused to come out and serve me. If he was that hungry he should have locked the doors , so no one could come into the store . I have never in my life experienced anything so awful! He stated he is the owner, which I find very hard to believe. He was downright rude and needs to be reported!

Jessica Cafaro Jenn was freaking amazing. This was a great place. They took such good care of my daughter. Their professional they are sterile. They are clean. They are nurses. I would highly recommend my daughter who is in high school has eight piercings. She’s just got two more very modest only in her ears. Won’t go anywhere else.

Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.

L Celine Ji Asha made the most pleasant boutique experience ever! She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to clients needs + provides candid advice and suggestions that overall made it such a nice experience! Definitely recommend!

Alyssa Fazio I originally came in for a ring but unfortunately the company doesn’t make too many in my size. However with the friendliness of the employees, a young woman I didn’t get her name as well as Traci, I found a bracelet that captured my eyes and Traci helped me out with the fitting and checkout. Both of them were very professional and made me feel super welcome and valued. Thank you both so so much for making my day on such a busy retail day. Little things and a positive attitude go a long way. Keep up the amazing work ladies!

Evan Ramlochan I took my grandmothers 1.50 carat diamond ring to Syndicate Diamonds, and they educated me on the four Cs of the diamond. They made me an offer that was 3 times more than the other shops I went to, even the ones located in the Diamond District in Manhattan! I would highly recommend them, especially if you want to get the most money you can!

Cornelia Batu I absolutely loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in Dean greeted me at the door and was very kind in updating me when someone would be able to assist. He had the biggest smile and was extremely kind. I went in looking for the thin version of the lock bracelet and was able to get fitted for it. Victoria helped me with the sizing. There was one more medium left in the store but we couldn’t find it. Mary Beth was kind enough to go searching for the bracelet and found it for me. The overall team effort and attention to detail was amazing. This was the best experience with high end jewelry and Tiffany’s quality never disappoints. This bracelet has a very important meaning to it and I’m glad to have chosen Tiffany’s to represent that. Thank you Dean, Victoria and Mary Beth.

NY Tech Chief Found this place in The Westchester Mall after shopping for hours in all jewelry stores there and not finding what my wife wanted. We found 3 rings here and bought them all. They were able to size the same day. Will now be my "go-to" jewelers.
