Most recently I went there to have a bracelet made smaller. My dear recently passed Mom had left me a beautiful cubic zirconia bracelet. Bryan Martin: Abhorrent customer service. I walked in to get my necklace fixed, and the person at the front was talking to a buddy of his. After standing around for five minutes listening to them talk about their friends shooting range in their backyard upstate, the person behind the counter said hed be with me. They continued gabbing for another five minutes, and I just walked out. Despicable towny behavior that is so off-putting and uninviting. Im shocked that theyre still in business, or maybe not because they know how to treat their friends. I even called ahead, and was actually greeted by a very nice young lady, but what I found in the store was totally different. DO NOT GO HERE.
