5 /5 Jimmy Point du jour: I’ve had this watch for many years. It stopped working and it wasn’t a battery issue. I took it to Impressed Jewelry and 2 days later my watch was working good as new and for a very descent price too. I was so happy with the service that I brought my second watch and had it fixed on the spot. Thanks again, will definitely be back!!!!

I chose Impressed Jewelry because of the great reviews people had posted and I have to concur that the experience I had was as wonderful as the reviews. Joe was calm and gentle and was able to make the chain shorter while I waited. His price was quite reasonable and fair. While he was working on my bracelet, a man rushed in needing a watch battery. Joe asked him to wait five to ten minutes while he finished my repair. Although I let the watch repair guy go ahead of me, I found Joe’s asking the man to wait extremely respectful of me as a customer. I will definitely go back!

5 /5 Dov Haims: Amazing watch repair. Had 2 designer watches that needed small repair and a battery, Josef fixed them while I waited and the price was extremely reasonable. After that I brought another watch that hadn’t worked in years. Other jewelers wouldn’t touch. Josef was able to fix it and with a very reasonable cost. Josef’s knowledge of watches is extensive. Nice jewelry in store as well.
