The staff and the owner were very welcoming. We went from Michigan for a day trip to Jackson Heights and it was so worth it. She gave us good deals for coming all the way from Michigan.

1 /5 Asha Nahar: Today was my first and last time ever coming into this store. I was looking to purchase earrings for myself and after the way my mom and I were treated, we immediately left this store. The woman showing us the earrings was hostile, and kept snatching the earrings I was looking at and put them away. She didn’t answer questions and just kept rushing us to make a choice without properly looking at everything. The earrings here were cheaper than other stores nearby, but the price didn’t matter when the customer service was awful. I will NEVER come here again. If you’re looking for excellent customer service and fair prices, go to Kunal jewelers across the street!
