He always makes you feel like you’re in exactly the right spot and he works so hard to make sure you get exactly what you need. He’s never pushy, and always knows everything about the piece of jewelry you’re wanting. He is honest and tries everything in his power to go above and beyond. I’ve had custom pieces made and also just items picked out at the store and I can say with 100% certainty that Ian will always be my jeweler of choice for anything I need. He has helped me so much over the years! He’s so kind, and professional while making you feel comfortable at the same time. He has become more of a friend when I walk in than just someone to help me or works there. 5 /5 Fran Cappellino: What an incredible experience I had with Karen and Ian in the Catskill NY store. Karen was so patient and helpful with me deciding on a gift for my daughter’s 23 Birthday. It was my first time in the store and it was beautifully lit, very clean and bright. The glass was so clean that I wasn’t even sure there was glass there. LOL. Overall the assistance that Ian gave Karen with my checkout was so nice to see. I loved being able to donate to St. Jude’s. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I also bought myself a ring as a birthday gift to myself. Stunning. I will definitely be back for future purchases. Highly recommend this location.

Cicilia G.: If I could give a negative review I would. Avoid these dishonest crooks like the plague. I brought my $1,500 classic 1986 Movado Museum to them for a simple battery change. They lost a screw. They tried to tell me "sorry we dropped the screw and cant find it. Just use it with the missing screw." I asked for a receipt showing they lost a screw and they hemmed and hawed and refused to take ownership of the mistake. I wouldnt even have known if I didnt see the two women on the floor with their phone flashlights looking for it. I threatened to call the Sheriff and they ran into the back and cross-threaded a Phillips head screw to replace the normal thread screw they lost. And they looked me in the eye and said "oh thats the real screw - we found it after you mentioned court and the police". It doesnt match the other three - theyre liars. Additionally they have religious posters EVERYWHERE, but they lie AND make fun of people that come in. They snicker and sneer based on gender and race. Ive never seen more despicable people anywhere in New York. Seriously; avoid these bigoted scammers like the plague.
