4 /5 Nadia U: Ray was very patient with my husband and I while we were looking at jewelry. They had great deals especially the one gold rope chain that my husband picked out. First and foremost, we were just going in to resize my wedding band. It was tough trying to find the warranty on my ring which was a hassle. But after we found it in the system, ray did her thing, proceeded and helped us with getting my ring resized to have it be sent out. She cleaned our jewelry, she answered all of our questions, not only that. She stayed later with us until we found what we were looking for. She was determined, dedicated, and found a chain necklace that fit around our price range. I can’t wait until I come back to the store after my ring and bracelet gets serviced.
