S Rodriguez: I don’t think it’s legal to have your picture taken and ID scanned just to make a money order. It’s ridiculous and an invasion of privacy. Especially for a low domination of money. Now i totally understand if I was trying to cash a check to ask for this. In any case, the company’s “policy” should be in writing and posted on the wall for all customers to see and oblige by.

Blunder Based “AceWonder”: This bank branch is such a terrible one to go to. There are never any tellers available on any given day. Do not go here if you cant do a transaction without an ATM. The people that are there will tell you the same thing, "the system is down, you have to use the ATM". This is the only branch that constantly has "system issues". Then they get an attitude when you ask questions. They should just close this branch or make it ATM only. Unacceptable.
