1 /5 Alexis Morrison: This place is THE WORST. There are always only 1-2 people working a full bank at all times. Lines out the door. For a location that closed earlier than most, you would think they would have a better service. Then after hours, the “24 hour ATM” sometimes is completely locked and no card can open the door. This location truly needs to do better.

1 /5 Sharmin Alam: Wow, I have no words. I’m banking with Bank of America for almost 30 years and I never seen a such a slow blank in my lifetime. Every one make sure you have extra time in hands because it will take longer than you expect. Doesn’t matter what reason you are going to be at bank for. If there is a option for zero star I would definitely do it

In the past, I’ve often encountered horrible customer service at other locations, where interactions felt impersonal and, at times, dismissive. However, Harry’s professionalism and helpful demeanor have truly changed my perspective. Thanks to his outstanding service, I will be making this branch my preferred location going forward.

1 /5 Ariful Islam: THE customer Service are sucks I’m Been waiting 30 minutes no one response I was on the line for 30 minutes I came before everyone up on the line and I see they help 2 people up who came after me and they keep talking to them without helping me and when I’m leaving the employee name Jennifer says we close for 40 min and no one say the they close for40 minutes They just don’t know how to control it
