1 /5 Kelsey M.: Terrible customer service and the bank manager, who took days to get back to me, didn’t help either. This bank mistakenly put a second hold on my account and left my account in the negative. I had to call the KeyBank general number to get them to help me resolve the issue that this branch caused. I decided to close my account because of this bank’s error (among other issues), and I was told to pay a $25 early closing fee. I asked to speak to a manager, but she was busy and I was told she would call me back. Days later, she didn’t, so I had to call and follow up. I got a call back saying the bank manager (who I never even spoke to directly) refused to waive the $25 fee, despite this bank being the reason I wanted to close the account. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.
