Lauren Pires: It is disappointing that members cannot use this location unless they pay an additional $25 per month and even with the upgrade to $225/month they are still unable to use the sauna which is available at every other TMPL I have been to. I understand they must need the money to fund the beautiful space and the staff is lovely but it makes no sense that long time members who have been part of the TMPL community and have also waited and are excited for this location receive nothing without paying another fee.

Donna Tsai: The studio is so cute! It was my first time trying an EMS workout and it was definitely intense but it’s super short. It feels really efficient because it was only 20 minutes but felt like a really good workout. My legs are definitely wobbly after. The instructor really pushed all of us!! The shower and changing room space is so clean and aesthetic. Definitely recommend!

Blake Zucker: The lifetime of sky is really nice especially in the pool where you can view the skyline from the pool. And every person was very friendly nice and nice staff. My only problem was I wish the spa area whirlpool and sauna Steemroom and cold plunge were in locker rooms.

Thomas Snyder: What is described as a Jr. Olympic size pool I used to train in as a scuba diver with Pan Aqua Diving. Neat clean locker rooms, bathrooms and facility also offers health club and gym memberships. They also have a rock climbing wall.

Adam Pratts: Three years of pure dedication at the gym. But nothing has compared to my last couple sessions. I can’t say enough great things about trainer Rafael Echevarria! From day one, he’s been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating. From his detailed weekly workout routines, his amazing (not boring) meal plans. Every session is well-planned and tailored to my goals, and I’ve seen amazing progress both physically and mentally. He pushes me to do my best without ever making it feel overwhelming. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this trainer knows exactly how to guide you to your next level. Highly recommend!

Zachariah Schlichting: Been going to TMPL for about 9 months now—incredible space, equipment, and amenities. The spa area is truly top notch, offers everything that a high-end gym does but for a significantly better price. Can be crowded but not unbearably so. Only issue I have is with the classes in the studio room. It’s a great space but they’ll kick out 5 people to host a class with 3 attendees.

Kayleigh: Incredible gym - it has everything you need. The staff are so friendly and really create a great atmosphere. It was super easy to sign up AND to cancel my membership, it literally took less than 5 mins and there was no cancellation fee or additional charge for an extra month (I only had to cancel because I relocated!). I definitely recommend this place.

YU LI: I’ve been training here for four months now, and I honestly didn’t realize how fast time has flown. Thinking back, it’s all because of the incredible training environment — and of course, my favorite coach, the one and only Gia. Everyone here is not only focused on their own training, but they’re also always ready to lend a helping hand when you need it. People notice your progress and give you timely encouragement and support, which motivates you to push even harder. You’ll often see members gather around discussing form, asking questions, and sharing tips on how to better activate certain muscle groups. But I have to dedicate a special part of this to my LOVE: my coach, Gia. I actually found this gym because I saw her training photos on social media. Her physique is the very definition of my dream body, and I’ve been working hard to move closer to that goal. During class, she always comes in with a well-designed plan. She demonstrates every move first, explains which part of the muscle you should focus on, and points out the common mistakes. When you start, she constantly cues you on where to focus. If your form starts to change a bit, she immediately corrects you. She also knows exactly when you’re reaching your limit and steps in at just the right moment. She recognizes your improvements, praises you when you deserve it, and also tells you which weak areas you still need to strengthen. Outside of class, she’s an absolute sweetheart — witty, warm, and generous. Talking to her always feels joyful and relaxing. In short, I love Gia, and I love IO!

He really paid attention to our individual needs and adjusted the intensity of the workout accordingly. His energy was infectious, I absolutely loved it! I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
