1 /5 samantha carpio: HORRIBLEEE! I had an awful experience at this location. I bought a few earrings—two “2 for $20” packs and one at regular price—and paid over $30. The employee didn’t mention anything about the items being final sale, didn’t give me a physical receipt, and although I entered my email, I never received an email receipt either. Literally five minutes after my purchase, I walked back in because the earrings were damaged and extremely poor quality. I tried to return or at least exchange them (they were unopened), and the same employee who rang me up dismissed me immediately and rudely said, “You can’t return or exchange anything,” even though I didn’t even have a receipt or was told about any policy beforehand. She refused to help or acknowledge my concern.
I left feeling completely scammed. I’ve reached out to customer service and am still waiting for support. For a company that sells low-quality jewelry, they should at least back their products with decent service. I will never shop at Lovisa again, and I recommend others think twice before doing so—especially at this location.
